It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), resulting in relaxation of blood vessels and improved blood flow. In ED, it enhances blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. In BPH, it helps relieve urinary symptoms. For PAH, it reduces pulmonary blood pressure to improve exercise ability.
We have 40mg Cialis, the ideal strength imho after trying 10, 20, 40 and 80mg doses... ;) at the current cheapest price on site!
