Btw one thought I will add that might be helpful (and idk if it was different at the time i forgot and been pretty fried) but since you have no listing's and it shows item listing's on the wall and not the people (so I'm seeing your topics around the place ofc, just not in items) so without any items I would imagine there's nothing to show or keyword, and probably why you see vendors leave their listing's up when they plan to restock so they still show, but they update the message and put a crazy price "99999" type stuff so it's pretty clear especially with how rudimentary and dated the site is in many ways, anyway hope this maybe helps some

Yer we didn’t remove anything until days of no sales then took stuff down cos it want moving at all, Went from 5-10 sales a day to none for a week, so it was pretty obvious that it had been removed and the fact the borgs did not reply seems off to start. But as it stands we seem to be back on the wall so product will return next week

Not sure but I'm seeing you a few times over the week now and each time I'm wondering what's going on or what you mean, I keep seeing some of your deals listed and want to check it out but then don't even know if your store is open or not (I see you being active and reviews coming over the last couple of days so not sure since I also see your message saying it's shut because of whatever this is) do you think it will be worked out/moved past and basically is it safe to put an order next week?

Guessing maybe some sort of caching/cache retrieval bug or honestly could probably be a few things, the site seems dated and missing lots of features and modern design principles and would be more surprised if it didnt have some major flaws needing fixed and that they coded it perfectly using modern code libraries or custom ones that have been kept upto date and standards etc. In the time since they launched (pretty long time ago now especially in Internet time, the internet was vastly different back then) they've barely fixed or added things from what I can tell, only just recently having added keyword onto the item page, but still missing proper ANYTHING. It doesn't even randomise the listing's it shows or try to show you ones that you haven't seen but may be interested in etc. So if you refresh or scrolling breaks and you have to refresh etc. It starts again with the same list it seems. So many little things they could change and elevate their site 10x, or even a hundred fold. Missed opportunity, oh well - at-least it seems sorted whatever it was, maybe they were trying to just figure it out on their end and were crappy with communicating? Maybe the cache fixed its self over time or maybe some other weird ass bs we might never know sadly, I'd love to know too. Glad its fixed for you and you're able to open back up:)

Also idk how many 'borgs' there are and if they're human, but I imagine they swim through a tonne of shit daily having to deal with legit and non-legit problems and it can probably be hard to tell what is legit or not sometimes, and they probably didn't actually know why it was doing it but they should communicate better with each other and when they thought they fixed it if they did then they should have let you know to try and check for them. And some explanation after the fact would be nice. Oh well!

The site is basically driven by an Algorithm. Where biggas and vendors imagine human Admin sitting behind screens making decisions about what should and shouldn't appear on the Wonderwall and in what priority that really isn't the case. Its a very 'people-lite' operation and Borgs (mostly people) tend not to address every issue that the Algorithm throws up because...well..."its the algorithm".
With order capture, crypto processing, escrow and dispute resolution all farmed out to transaxe.com the only time real people need to get involved is when the occasional nutter decides to run amok all over the site (which regrettably isn't that rare lol!). Somewhere in the mix is a person driving "proof" of imports, "testing" and competition "fairness" but many see those rarely used things as "nice to haves" whilst other more essential improvements gather dust as the years roll on.

scammers are very often hard coded for touchiness (usually they feel deeply cheated in childhood).

touchy discussions are a great way for an algorithm to round up the usual subjects.

Just respect and no bullying with true freedom of speech and no one ganging up on people just for posting simple questions or opinions ! not rocket science is it? :)

We would feel we live by those 4 rules but lately we are being pushed out by the algorithm if anything has changed recently can we change it back please, We conduct business as usual but our topics our basically invisible and our new items don't show on the wall our old items are in a freefall we always try to stay positive and have patience but we have seen zero rotation in the items wall all week whereas usually it would change only a daily basis making things fair for all and our topics seem to be invisible, why hide the Canadian we are the life of the party :)

We should also add a very important point: we see the behaviour trends but what comes out of fraud detection is a borg of a different colour.

We can't see this kind of thing anymore than you can and it has far greater influence on the wall than any other factor.

I see “The Wall” like online matchmaking and ranking systems.

firstly the bad actors work out how it works (hence most devs never fully explain it) but these bad folk work it out anyway.

Then they abuse the shit out of it.

Devs are then in arms race to “outsmart” via changes and updates.

They work it out again and the cycle continues…

This is why very often it results in questionable behaviour, in this case our wall order and things can get messy.

Unfortunately the small % of bad actors FUCK it for the rest of us.

Also, borgs I really hope that “Cali” string flag is in a combination of other stuff , cos otherwise it’s dog shit and you hurt even folk like me as I’ve come to use “Cali dense” as a term to help people know their bud density

After 14 months of lb systems working perfect I’ve woke up today to find out by a good few loyal customers that we are not on the item wall anymore and I have also noticed my new comp is not going onto the topics board after posting yesterday

Making the comp rather pointless to at the least

If anything has changed please put it back the way it was as this is not great for business
