The very issue with this case is there's no due process now, there was already a system in place and part of that system ensures no American citizens are wrongfully deported, now that is being bypassed.

There have been no details revealed on the men's crimes, no evidence of any gang affiliation as of yet because they are not sharing who the men actually are.

Time will tell if they are lawful deportations, we will keep an eye on it.
