Been waiting on my parcel for 5 days now since it was sent out, still not arrived, tried reaching out on multiple different occasions, no response. Please could we get some updates?

Paid for 24 hour shipping and didn't receive tracking number for it and it's 48 hours now and haven't received my package, still with no message updates. Terrible comms

I hate to leave such a negative post, but having been swindled from $440 I feel its my duty to warn fellow biggies.

Short message: please dont trust this vendor as you will get stung.

Longer story below:
I ordered a full bar of la mouse hash having previously bought 14g to try it and having enjoyed it, so we put our saved medicine money on the block and ordered a 100g full bar.
After 3 days of not sending it I got a message stating 'sorry, run out'. I replied and politely asked that he just leave the order so we would get an auto refund. Very next day the order is marked dispatched regardless, leaving me worried as to what he had sent.
The bar that arrived had been removed from its wrapping and stamp so that we could not see that it was not la mouse, and was rock solid, no softness no finger crumble, requires a flame to use at all and goes black almost the instance you put near a flame. Its absolutely nothing like the 14g tester we bought which we still have some of.
I thought it was not gear at all as it seemed to have no effect on us, but further testing has revealed its just remarkably weak and requires at least %50 more than you would use with a normal commercial hash. It's also a sativa buzz - great if you want to smoke in the day and be creative or get some stuff done (usually housework), but not the medicine and sleep aid that myself and my wife bought it for. Needless to say I had a PTSD attack over this and my wife who suffers from depression has shed many a tear over our medicaine savings being scammed from us.
I have of course tried to communicate calmly and pleasantly with the vendor, but true to form, he does not reply at all.

I've been buying on biggie from all vendors big and small for over 5 years and for large amounts, we've bought several bars.
I have never been ripped off and then ignored like this by any other vendor and can justifiably claim that this guy is the worst vendor Biggie has ever had - you just need to read other peoples experiences to see I'm not alone with my issues.
I cannot fight this any longer, my PTSD and my wife's depression have both taken a toll over the loss of our savings. I have had to borrow more money from family in order to get the medicine we need and I need to put this awful experience behind me for the sake of our mental health.

Please be wary of using this guy, you may get some orders OK, but sooner or later your trust will be abused as many a sad story in these posts show.
There are many other fine vendors here who will NOT swindle you and who will talk to you if things do not go as planned, please use them and save yourself our heartache..

I ordered $160 of hash last Monday, It still hasn't arrived and LV are ignoring me,

They were an awesome seller and I had never had an issue but NOW they've gone strange 😕

I just don't understand them, did you sort it out

Mate we on day 12 an I still haven't recieved my order you asked me for name and adress for re ship so did you even send it if I don't hear from you by end of today with an update I'm disputing you said I'd recieve by Xmas and to be honest this has cocked my Xmas plans right up .

Mate you haven't answered one of my messages all I want from you is confirmation that my order was actually sent and I'm not waiting around like a dick for the postie to come to be let down again this is my first order from you guys and I have to say so far I am not impressed with your lack of customer support now after reading the comments on your topics section am seriously in doubt so seeing as I didn't recieve NDD as paid for the least I would expect is for you to check the tracking for me and restore my faith in your service and future business

Can I get a refund for my order made on 17th Sept 2024 please. It's been over a month now and no responses to messages confirming when it will be delivered, so I'd just like a refund now.
