Also My customer service ? Check the time stamps and see my response time.. It’s very simple you f’d up and now are trying to pass the blame over to me like it’s my fault ??
Custom fees on international packages is pretty common and very simple process.
-Custom letter comes to your address.
-you pay for it.

you for some reason say you haven’t received it or might of chucked it away..

you should’ve used the tracking number and information to contact customer service and sort it out.. get the reference letter resent or something

You should’ve done that on the 15th Oct when we last spoke and you said “you’ll figure it out” and I said “keep me updated” .. instead you contact me after 16 days

apologies, i don't know the postal system here and i'm doing my best to navigate it. i wasn't in dublin as i was housesitting up in donegal. i was in touch with folks in my unit and they never received anything and when i returned nothing was there. i'll try going in person, but i can't pay online with the tracking number alone. i need a reference number which i don't have. i'll get in touch with the post office. i think you may think i'm scamming here, when i just went to you bc you are who i ordered from and presumably the one who has much more experience with this. i apologize again if i made a mistake in reaching out. i'm not asking you to take a loss. i did not know there was no return address as i haven't received anything. i think you're projecting a lot of ill will on to me. i'm not contacting you when it's too late. the an post site says the mail would be returned to sender, i can't read your mind brother. i don't know how you send orders or handle items that aren't received. your customer service is not great. i can't speak to the product as i don't have it. i'll do my best to figure it out on my end. sorry for bothering you i guess? i mean i paid you and you have lost nothing, so it's weird that you're acting so pressed. either way, all the best to you. never had anything against you. fingers crossed i'm able to figure it out. cheers, mate.

Either the customs fee letter came and got chucked away or it never got sent out.. either way I don’t understand why I should take the loss when the fault is on your side..

Also you contacted me last on the 15th November and now again after 16 days on the 1st October.. No contact or updates in between.. I though you sorted it out… why contact me when you know it’s too late?? that makes no sense

Goto your local postoffice and give the tracking and pay the custom charge..
Or call the up and say you didn’t receive the custom charge letter with the reference code..

You can’t blame that on me.. your suppose to get a custom letter and then just pay it and you got your package ..

Now your saying you never received the custom charge letter … you need to chase that up with ANPOST..

I’m sure this happens a lot and is a quick fix .. don’t know why you been delaying it

i've been completely unable to get any sort of order reference number. I don't think it ever arrived to my address or if it did it somehow got discarded while I was away. unfortunately i think the stuff will just return to sender. is it possible to have them sent to a new address once you've got them. or if you could do a refund once you have them back i can put in a new order. let me know what you think is best. i've ordered from one other vendor on here with no issues to two different addresses so i imagine this isn't typical, but i don't know how to actually pay the charge without the reference number so i don't think it's going to clear customs. please let me know what you think. thanks.

Used a toy as decoy probably box was too big just use the tracking number and the reference number to pay the custom charge and let me know how much it is I’ll sort you out

It’s all good the package passed customs check and everything just waiting for custom charge to be paid so it can be delivered

thanks. just saw your message, but i was wondering what happened. on the an post site it's asking me for a customs reference number in addition to the tracking number. says this: "(reference number example: 21IEDUB50000Q03AR0) this is on the customs payment notification we have sent to you by post and/or email/SMS."
