Maybe looks like too much nitrogen but could be due to a very low temperature when lights off here in Scotland. Cold temperature's turn leaves dark purple apparently.

What causes too high nitrogen?

Too much nutrients. In the late flowering you want to slowly cut down nitrogen

Definitely bud rott, too humid environment I'd suspect...

High humidity, not enough dryback periods, high nitrogen, more moving air? Theres quite alot of things that could trigger it. But if you cut away affected areas and dont see it climbing up or spreading then its a good sign of recovery, if its still climbing/spreading then the plant is a goner and its too late to recover.

Yup. Bud-rot. Get ruthless with the pruners and reduce humidity.

Sorry to say, Definetly looks like rot, can spread quick once spores release, You can get neutralising spray to deter it from spreading however its best to be cautious to not ruin the rest of your crop especially as your onto flushing it's too late.

Extra tip if it's a big enough crop, Please let it dry sufficiently before curing & bagging hate to see this stuff turn in curing.

This is only my 3rd grow. How long should I ideally dry then cure? I didn't cure much before but smoke was still good

In my opinion curing for 3 weeks minimum is perfect, However this ranges from plant to plant.

Drying however should be around a week, However this is the key part of the process, Make sure the room is warm with enough NEW air constantly circulating & old air escaping.

Seen enough people make the mistake of heat with no air, Which actually creates more humidity leading to further rot.

(Warm room with new constant flowing air & I reccomend you trim before hang due to how much moisture is already present)

I’ve always trimmed before I hang to dry (only grown a couple of times), can you normally do it after drying? Does it make it easier when dry? Most tedious part of the process…

Thanks pal. Was waiting til the trichomes on the bud started showing amber before flushing but that's now out of the question. They started going amber on the leaves tho so hopefully still be good smoke?

Will still be a good smoke, surprisingly it usually just makes for a trippier high when the trichomes haven't changed to cloudy amber, alot of people usually mistake this for a stronger high.

With that kind of led you may only can grow 1 plant to say for flowering stage it is not enough watt to grow . A plant require 150w on them . With cob led light only need 50w .

It's gives off equivalent of 600w whilst using 100w of power if that makes sense.

Think about it really . How many plant you like to grow every crop , first plant is 150w for seacond need extra 50w let say for 4 plant need 300 acutall watt

A compact second hand dehumidifier should only cost you about £20-40 so it's a no brainer. If you keep running that level RH you'll inevitably get bud rot late in flower.

You can try a defol and lollypopping to get some plant matter out of the grow space but I doubt that'll get you where you need to be, which in late flower wants to be about half the RH you have at the moment.

Link above to a cheap compact dehumidifier on ebay, I'd strongly reccomend you get one. Ideally one even bigger and better. I run two 10ltr Delonghi dehumidifiers which you can also attach garden hoses to so you don't have to empty the tanks. They were only about £80-100 I think and well worth the money.

If you don’t have a dehumidifier, try filling some socks with rice and hanging them in your tent. I’m not even joking 😂

I have those dehumidifiers with the tiny balls that soak up moisture. Put 4 in and didn't pick up anything lol. Maybe the digital meter thing is inaccurate?

The tent is filled with basically a big leafy bush as I was worried about pruning stuff, maybe that doesn't help. I'll try the socks thing though.

Defoliating will definitely help. It’s a controversial subject, but personally I do defoliate. It will help with your RH problem and will give greater air circulation - which your plants will love. But regarding your meter, might be worth having more than one just to make sure it’s not diving you a duff reading 👍🏽

I usually defoliate right before flower and then again around day 21 when it’s finished stretching. So yea you should be fine, especially if it’s going to help with your RH and improve air circulation.

I also use Mars Hydro LED. And love them! In my experience, provided you make the necessary adjustments to your feeding regime and your growing environment, LEDs can and will outperform HPS - I know this from experience.

The major adjustments are to feed lighter and bump up your calmag a touch - plants grown under LEDs take up nutrients more efficiently, and with that take up more water (and therefore cal mag). Feed on the lighter side and respond to deficiencies, it’s easier than having to deal with over fertilisation and nute burn. In terms of environment, pay more attention to your VPD and keep it in range and you shouldn’t have any problems - and if you do, you will know how to fix them. That’s one of the main problems people run into when transitioning from HPS to LED, the temperature will drop slightly - this is where VPD comes into it. Good luck. There is lots of info on LEDs these days. Some of the grow forums are really helpful - particularly 420mag

Thanks man. I have just noticed another issue with the grow. Just bought a humidifier meter and it's way way up at 70. Just started flowering and had no idea. I read it's supposed to be between 30-40 during flowering. I've bought a few dehumidifiers arriving today. Hopefully this sorts it but honestly no idea lol

Cannot tell what pot size you are using… but you should definitely have flipped them into flowering already. In a tent that size you would only need 4/5 weeks of veg from seedling at most.

When you do a long veg, yes, prune the bottom bud sites, get rid of the sites that will make nothing but little popcorn buds, focus that energy back to the tops.

Don’t forget they are going to stretch out in the first 10 days of flip

It's fine, ffs don't try and stretch it that's the last thing you should be doing. Short and stocky plants in veg is exactly what you want as the plant will naturally stretch when you flip to flower (12/12 assuming these are photoperiod seeds).

Stretched out or 'leggy' plants occur when they're not getting enough light, so your lighting looks to be on point.

To me that looks perfect, if she was mine I'd snip a few if those fans off but that's personal preference. Defol is a bit of a contested subject so that's up to you.

Colour looks good, no sign of any deficiencies...

You might want a bit more lateral growth so look into fimming and topping, other than that though all good.

Is the plant above regular photoperiod or an auto?

I've never grown autos mate as I veg for 6-8 weeks until I'm happy with the size of the plants. If an auto starts to produce budsites early I assume you'd have to immediately switch to 12/12 so the photoperiod plants could catch up.

I'm no expert with autos but seems like a bit of a ballache to me. I'd stick to all feminised photos. For the price of a few seeds doesn't seem worth the hassle to mix the two tyoes.

They will grow but as soon as they start to show budsites you'll have to flip to 12/12 even if the photos aren't ready to flip. That's what I assume anyway. Also the difference in height might be an issue for your lighting. Much better just to start plants off all at once as it gives you a good chance of them being similar sizes.

Sometimes even growing sativa next to Indica can cause issues due to the difference in height (sativas tend to grow taller), so I imagine growing photos next to autos started at different times is going to be a pain in the arse.

I think you'd be better off sticking to one type all grown at the same time mate, but that's just my opinion.

Autos stay on 18/6 light cycle for the whole life of the plant. That's the point with euro's, they just flower after a set time rather than changing light cycle

You can run them all together while your photos are in veg as it's 18/6. Autos need at least 18 hours of light better with 20 tho. But you would need another room when your plants are ready to flower as the 12/12 light switch. But most people like/need at least 8 weeks to veg so if you had started them all at the same time you could just about do it. Not just about I have done it many times. When the light too close it grow brushes like your picture . Now just hang it higher 5cm to see if your plant grow stretch . You have to change few time to find sweet pot . Good luck

Never ever use QR code generator for BTC, just go to duckduckgo and type QR "your address" instead. Generators you find on Google will sooner or later try to generate image of different address to intercept the payment. Especially top results.

Also - BTC wallets are free, so scammers can have as many of them as they wish. Showing you wallet address similar to yours is easier than you think. Especially when a lot of wallets 'cuts out' the middle part to fit on the screen.
