So last friday I placed an order with serious doctor 24/7 . I paid for so called same day delivery . 5 days later still no sign of any parcel . I contacted the seller today he has been online but ignored my message . Dont get me wrong I understand there can be delays with postage but the problem is that the communication has broken down .he could easily provide me a tracking number and update but has ignored my last two messages . I dont kmow if my parcel has been sent or will even arrive and also checking reviews there are other people who have had the same issue. Please be careful folks I have used biggy for several years and in the past two months I have had problems with 3 different vendors . One even sent me some absolute shit and I paid $60 for an 8th . It appears that alot of vendors are marking first class mail as dispatched and there is no evidence to say they sent it or didnt . Always get your packages tracked or signed for to be safe but as you can see even this has causing issues for me at the moment . Be careful and dont be afraid to be transparent I hope my advice may save others from the same problems as I am now at the point of leaving the site completely. It appears many of the vendors are ripping people off periodocally and because there is little communication between us buyers its very hard to point any fingers. If anyone else has an issue with a vendor please feel free to click on my name and send me a PM I will be more than happy to assist . If I recieve an update from doctor 24/7 I will adjust this post with a positive or negative outcome so everyone else can be safe . Take care folks.

If you want fast delivery times and proper stuff, stick to vendors who have a rating for it. Not being funny but the 9/10 should've been the first red flag, stick to vendors with 9.6+ and you won't run into this issue.

Thanks shroom you never let me down in the past and I always reccomend you as a trusted vendor to my acquaintances. I thought the moderators of the site would have more control over these multiple accounts. Its such a shame this will be my last buy on biggy if I dont get a positive outcome. It used to be such a good community here aswell I never had a bad buy in two years and now I had issue afrer issue 😥

If it cost $250 to setup a vendor page on here, these multiple account types would dissappear overnight.

Sorry to hear it mate, but you coin is protected. In fairness if its an 'exit scam' i.e. a vendor just pisses off then LB normally just pays out 100% without the usual dispute process...

A few years ago little biggy was a good community and safe place to buy . I hope the borgs deal with these vendors before they rip more of us off .

due diligence is key, always use reputable vendors there are many on here and they have everything you need, if there new then best to avoid until they have some reviews coming in

Guess I got lucky with my order from them, was something daft like $27 Henry of Zkittlez, it did arrive looking like shit but at least it arrived and vaped well. I guess this is how he accrues ratings by offering super low prices then does an exit scam?

It seems some vendors will ask a bigga to cancel a dispute and they'll reship. Dispute cancelled, reship not sent, bigga screwed.

I do believe disputes can be extended but unsure if that applies if the bigga has previously cancelled. Fortunately I've not had to dispute yet, but without doubt the dispute/escrow system is what puts LB so far ahead of the competition.

The dispute process does make Exit Scams more difficult, but as you say many biggas are persuaded to cancel or delay based on hollow promises.

More importantly a LOT of biggas are either reluctant to dispute at all or simply don't appreciate how to. That makes Exit Scams very easy!

I must sound like a broken record on here but every Bigga should protect their coin by entering a dispute within the stated time window and then continue working to resolve it with the vendor. Most disputes are settled this way and then you just click 'resolve' on the order page and it all goes away.

Do this and Exit Scams are impossible...

Bang on as ever, it really is difficult to get ripped off here if you understand how it works.

To provide a bit of balance I am sure the same applies to some biggas. I've seen a few topics where it appears a vendor has bent over backwards to solve a problem only to be called all sorts of names regardless. Good comms and mutual respect go a long way on here.

Thats absolutely true, some biggas will throw the 'dispute' word around like a threat from day one something appears wrong. BUT the process does protect vendors as well to an extent. It means that if biggas wish to use abuse and threats as a method to get what they want, vendors don't need to engage at all. They can let the process run and the borgs settle it.

Similarly, rogue biggas don't get many bites of the apple. If they are opening alt accounts, well noobs have little reputation for settlements. Similarly multiple disputes mark out biggas by reputation too. Its always in everybody's interest to settle amicably....

Oh, definitely. The impression I get is that this place in general with the AI interactions (which presumably scans posts and PMs and whatnot and makes multiple linkages) make things more difficult for people taking the piss, but also makes things work reasonably well for people who don't take the piss.

I really wish my one click of that dispute button had been resolved amicably and I could have cancelled, but the vendor stopped responding and I let it run. It was an interesting part of the process that the Borg tells you to leave an accurate review to reflect your experience (which I did, with extensive detail to hopefully show the community it was legitimate and not a malicious review) and also to post a topic if you feel that that's also needed. Nice and smooth, and hopefully I won't need to use it again, but I certainly will if I have to and encourage everyone to do the same if you have a legitimate dispute as as soon as I raised it the vendor contacted me (but just with more excuses).

I think if you cancel you have to hope that a Borg will accept a late dispute? Could be hard though as what happens if the vendor has nothing else in Transaxe? Can't refund what they don't have, I presume?

Loads of the youths in work are using Tele for ordering, and had no answers when I mentioned any issues with products, any disputes, potential exit scams, and what do they do with their address details and messages? No, that's not for me thanks. Prices I was shown seemed pretty comparable to here too, with a much smaller range and nothing much high end.

When you click to 'resolve' i.e. cancel, LB make it very clear that if you go ahead and click again to confirm you will not be able to reopen the dispute. Late Disputes only refer to a discretionary process where Biggas may have missed the original dispute window for some exceptional reason....

You marked my order sameday delivery sent and when it was recieved it wasnt sent til four days later as it states on the parcel . Paid extra for the sameday aswell . Plus your trying to get people to order outside of biggy . The bud was rubbish aswell smoked black ash the packet smelled strong of guava the bud smells like nothing. My own fault should have checked here first there multiple people telling me to avoid.

Hey defnote thankyou I will 100% raise a dispute but unfortunately on biggy there is a time constraint I think approx 2 weeks before a dispute can be raised. Hopefully it will arrive by then my profile has never ever followed through a dispute as it affects your own reputation and the vendor. Yes you will prob get your money back but you still lose out on time and its really a pain to do . Its a shame this is the first vendor I seen on biggy to offer so called same day delivery that I paid £10 for . It kind of enticed me to buy . But you know the saying if its too good to be true it probably is . Just keeping my fingers crossed for positive outcome 🙏 I dont even mind if an orders a few days late it happens but the communication is not acceptable if you go on a vendor profile you can see when they last used messnger. Anyway this will be my last buy on biggy if its not succesful which is a real shame . Thanks for the reply ✌️

Mate, whats the point of 'reputation' if you don't dispute?...they don't hand out medals. The reason LB works and is great is the dispute resolution service that we all pay for (vendors pay in fees that are passed on to us in prices).

You are right that the resolution process takes time and thats because during that period most disputes are resolved by both parties rather than the Borgs. This means the dispute gets cancelled anyway.

There is no stigma is an honest dispute. Always protect your coin!

But then we all get unlucky sometimes too- I'm over two weeks into a dispute with a vendor who I have done nothing but rate highly in the past. Shit does happen, but thats when Biggy and its dispute service protects us.

Hey Bev, well I had to take my own advice( lol )and raise a dispute because the weeks were rolling by but KIG has now refunded and so I cancelled it. It’s all good in that I got my coin back (less fees of course) but what a fiasco! 🤨

So I recently placed an order by accident without logging in to my account . I didnt take note of the order number as I am so used to it saving in my orders . The next day I went to check on the status of my order and realised my mistake .

Is there anyway I can retrieve this information. I use this vendor alot and messaged him to check if he recieved my order but correspondence is slow . Am I now completely reliant on the honesty of the vendor to post my item ? Any help or advice appreciated . Thanks folk 🤞 hoping for a good outcome here but I just wanted to warn everyone to be careful about this easy mistake .

I did this for my very first order on LB, last week. I logged in on another tab and then refreshed the order tab then was able to connect the order with my account. Try finding that order page in your history and open it up whilst you're logged in on another tab.

Sorry to hear this! I've ordered logged out as much as I do logged in and I've never had an issue. Every vendor has had no problems. The only thing I can put it down to is changes made to the site recently. Even so,I think your vendor should put a little more effort into their customer service.

Who can I speak to about a vendor stringing me along for months and constantly promising to send out my order and never sending it ?

You can speak to the community, the Borgs won't enter into a conversation as there is an established dispute process.

Unfortunately if its been "months" then you are timed out of that process (the date window to dispute would have appeared at the top of your order page). You should never let a vendors promises delay you from filing a dispute- it protects your coin and can be cancelled if resolved.

Because LB is basically great, there is a 'Late Dispute' process for situations like this. You need to create a topic on the vendors page entitled "Late Dispute Request" and in the text show the order number, todays date, date of order and reason i.e. "never received".

Be patient as you are as I say 'out of process'.

Why not do that but also tell us more about it and who the vendor is and why they haven't resolved it?

I've done both and thought I'd try and detail a comparison for anyone thinking of coming over from the Emperor's Realm. TLDR it's a very different place in a good way.

wtf goes here? There is only 1 rule on little biggy: no harm. Like everything else this is ultimately interpreted by users vote but a few consistent things have been established and would take some doing to undo:

- Weapons and instruments of fraud as well as items harmful in their production like child pornography are fucked thankfully. Hacking tools are forbodden and even copyright piracy is considered stealing.

- Anything with a real risk for a lethal overdose is considered too harmful for this community. There seem to be some arguments around this.

Along with the fraud exclusion the reputation system here seems to almost completely eliminate scamming which for me is the biggest difference of all. Basically the way it works is your history is everything, you are like a ghost here without it. If you don't have one yet and you are a buyer you get to stall a dispute until you have gathered reputation. If you are a seller here it's a little more complicated. Basically I see people get a chance with a real short leash attached to it. There is still some accusations and posts are hella visible here so drama threads can get out of hand but only real buyers get to write reviews and rate you and that's all that matters when things go wrong or if you want your item seen.

Stability: During my time here which is over 3 years now it's been 100% uptime. My payment processor has gone down for about 24 hours total.

Non-profit: little biggy is not a business and doesn't have the motivation to make money and I think that ultimately this is the root of the big differences. If you're more mercenary like me you can find this annoying on some level but after a while you realize that there isn't much need for money if people write a little code so why not it makes for a nice place.

Really interesting, thanks for sharing. I'm a long time enjoyer of the herb, since I was 18 through to mid 40s now, on and off but mostly on for the last 15 years. Was using a local dealer for the last ten pretty much but he stopped answering messages a few weeks ago so in a panic I googled buying it online and through another site I found LB and couldn't believe what a healthy community it seems to be! I'd seen S*lk Road on the darknet a few years ago when I read about Tor and was curious, and to someone who really struggles to make local dealer links it seemed amazing, but then I found someone local and stuck with that (same guy that's sadly now gone dark).

But LB is exactly right for me. None of that darknet faffing, and an honour/rep system that seems to really work. Long live LB, for what I need it's great just the way it is, whoever is responsible for building this, and all of you who keep it great, thank you!!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been going since 2007, I only found this place a few days ago, I never would have, if it hadn’t been for a webpage called high and polite, so I am grateful to them, that I have found littlebiggy. I used to use Silk Road when that 1st started out, but no other site since. I’ve been doing some lurking and reading and will make a purchase. From what I can see I think it’s a well put together site and I am grateful for whoever put this together as it’s nice to be able to have lots of choice, something you don’t really get from the street. Exactly the same here, found this community via High and Polite, and just placed my first order. Did visit the DarkNet via Tor when I first heard about online herb but like the original poster, was put off by the scams and rather strange, depraved or downright fuck'n scary vendors who allegedly would drop somebody for a couple of grand! Any case, this site seems friendly open and non harmful which is perfect. I really like the reputation promotion for vendors. Looking fwd to being a regular. Rob

I’ve been here for about 18 months and totally agree. I am after some good weed which I don’t consider to be in the same ball park as what I might find on the dark web.

I have had one bad buy and a few postage issues with ending to EU - but that’s not the sellers its the postal system.

My UK orders are generally as reliable as Amazon.

I would love a better UX and find it hard to navigate…and I think I would be prepared to pay a fee for updating it / make a donation to someone who can do it.

But, honestly I really love this site! Whoever got it started… thank you!

People have got there orders i seen on reviews. Someone had there parcel tracked all the way by greencat. Im going nuts seing the postman arrive every day with no parcel to give

Im guessing its will be where it will all start going again tomorow. I think its whilst srike action days some vendors just dont reply much as nothiing can be done on strike days anyway so they just get it going again tomorow until next strike day im guessing so on ...

Ya'll may have to wait extra but GC will have everyone covered, this is stated on their page.
I had an order a while back from GC that took it's sweet time, looked like it got lost and GC had my back 100%, luckily it showed up in the end.
Just saying i think you folks are in safe hands.
Hoping ya'll get something tomorrow.❤️

Bless ya man thats nice! Stuck at gatwick right now for full day yestrday , not moved or updatee yet but yess green cat got in touch with tracking bless weight off shoulder even if it is stuck at gatwick i just worry bout strike in 2 days coming also . Long wait for thiis for one for me and its only been 5 days since order on 24 tracked service Cant imagine what ones went through waiting 11 days. I see that been the case

For everyones info - Royal mail website specifically lists what services are affected on the planned early Nov strike dates. Delveries and collections will take place as normal kn 2nd but 3rd and 4th...no letters will be delivered and SD 1pm guarantee is suspended as is the norm during strike action. Hope this helps 👍
