Please note, use the cart on 2.2volts to 3 volts maximum. Some feedback has mentioned the carts being harsh, they're not. That's the user's fault for using a voltage that is too high. These carts are like sucking on a straw if you use them right.

Our cartridges are genuine CCELL, specifically designed for LIVE RESIN and THICK oils. To ensure optimal performance, you may need to warm the cartridge with a lighter before use. Apply the flame for 1-2 seconds at a time until the liquid inside moves slowly. Be cautious not to overheat the cartridge, as excessive heat can thin the liquid too much, causing it to leak. A good rule of thumb: if the cart is too hot to touch, it's overheated! It should be warm, but not scalding.

For the best experience, we highly recommend using a CCELL battery with our cartridges.

Important Notice: Refunds are only available to customers using a genuine CCELL battery. Please do your research and ensure you purchase an authentic CCELL battery. Cheaper, counterfeit batteries often use incorrect voltage or wattage, which can damage the cartridge. We've had issues in the past with customers using subpar batteries, so we must enforce this rule.

Our thinner of choice is CBC (Cannabichromene) distillate, which enhances the effects of THC and other cannabinoids. And don't worry, we use absolutely no PG, VG, PEG400, or fake terpenes.
