Pop an airtag or similar in some test packs.

I'd make some packs dummy and some contraband. Might give you an idea how you're getting pinged.

If no dummy packs go missing, then perhaps your stealth needs some work; if it's both types, then perhaps you've been clocked.

If you want RM to do anything about it, I think you'll need hard proof (ie airtags): anonymous complaints are easy enough to ignore.

How are they getting away with it so easily? We would have thought there are cameras and managers overlooking them. It seems likely that it’s a group working there looking out for each other. We will just have to continue travelling out far for dispatch to avoid Romford.

I’ve had the same problem with Romford mate, more recently Cornwall is starting to steal parcels too. I just don’t serve any customers from these two locations anymore. It’s a shame but nothing we can do about it and no point sending orders to there knowing they’re going to be stolen, until RM actually do something about these robbers.

It seems like there is nobody to catch these thieves or punish them, so they are just stealing whatever they can. 😞

26/8/25 2nd act commencing. tracker provided, shows as delivered this morning after 8 days. Only prblem is RM tracker shows a photo of a front door thats not mine, in a district far from me. Unless its a genuine mistake and I was given the incorrect tracker, maybe for another bigga, I think this is referred to as "Modified Postage label Scam" and is pretty big on ebay atm. But waiting for the vendor to come back to me with why my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in another city, or why I have been given the incorrect tracker, either way currently *****BUYER BEWARE*****

You gave me a tracker that you've tried to pass off as going to me, then you've provided me with a load of old bollocks when it comes to actual evidence. The tracking photo was taken in a city about 60 miles away from me. The only way the parcel could have got there, is if it was addressed to go there, and not to me. You've sent me a photo of your shipping document that conveniently doesn't show a postcode. You were happy to issue a refund by me just saying that photo on the tracker isn't my front door. Anyone else would be a bit more interested in why their parcel apparently headed for London went to another town 60 miles away instead.

You keep coming back with evidence but your evidence is all scammy.
You've looked up on the internet and found a mail scam for the area in question, but its actually a mail scam in New York at a place with the same name, there are no mail scams of this type noted in the UK delivery office of the same name.
The more info you offer the more apparent it becomes that you're scamming.

You do not need the post code to view the photo. (As I got to the photo without the postcode)
You do need it now though for some reason, and when I enter mine in the tracker, it says this is not the postcode for this tracker, (delivered in a different city to you.) and it won't show me photo now, which is fine because I snipped it all already.
