Samer here. 15 days and counting. But I'll wait another week before i dispute, the seller has great reputation, so I hope it's all down to postal services. I hate not getting an answer, makes me feel as soon as they have the $$ they don't care anymore...

I had actually read on here that Vendors don’t receive money for orders for weeks after it’s placed which I found surprising. the BTC is held in transaxe or somewhere. So that might not be the reason why they aren’t replying atm. I must say though 15 days is a long wait depending on your location, who is the vendor?

Only vendor I’ve used on here so far is JJ and every single message I’ve sent to him has been replied within an hour or two, it’s unbelievable customer service since he must get a fair few messages. With my limited experience on here I’d recommend him lol

They could at least provide info for a service that was paid for, like the tracking number, or at least the exact location. I've been waiting for a month now (so are others) for my order and there seems to be more than one vendor that is concerned. I start to believe that there is a bigger problem concerning the orders posted on April 28th...

Very true mate, RB the vendor I take it? Was looking at getting from him but hearing so many reports about missing packages put me off. Think the date was 28/04 for most iirc.

Since it’s all from the same date it sounds like something went wrong on that order date tbh, hard to say without tracking. Don’t want to harp on about him but JJ also provides tracking which I why I chose him for my first order. I think there are one or two other vendors who provide it if requested or at least check on it for you. If they don’t reply that’s just useless though

Yep it's them. I will choose different vendors in the future. They are great for UK orders it seems with all the reviews stating 1 or 2-day deliveries. But just doesn't work for me...

I’m based in NI so although not on mainland Britain still get the benefit of Royal Mail delivering to me. Most of my advice prob won’t apply to then unfortunately lol

I already had another order from a different vendor, took approx then days (including weekends) to deliver. So that was rather quick considering the circumstances :) thanks mate, really appreciate! :)

If what you say is true you should definitely dispute the order. Who is the vendor in question?

Could be busy, some vendors have like 100 notifications a day

Try to message them again to explain, but some things have took a month to land...shite, I know but it’s awkward times...that’s if this post isn’t years old lol

If they are reputable I wouldn’t panic but if they are new with hardly any sale, get that refund

Same for me. Messaged 3 times with no response.. only just had a response saying it could be up to 2 weeks! Pandemic or not , this is far too long. JJ is the best seller here. Responds to your messages immediately and next day or 2 delivery.

In the same boat! Ordered on the 4th May still nothing. The Vendor is responding to my messages, but just to say he's know 30day delays. FFS pretty sure I have to chalk it off as a lost.
