What’s your perfect breakfast?
Some of you guys have a spliff and a coffee, some of you don’t eat anything 😂 some of you love a hearty full English, what’s your go to?

My breakfast has changed so many times throughout the years from cereal to nothing to full English and now I love eating healthy ! A coffee with no sugar (only honey) and some boiled eggs with sliced avocado and greens !

A couple Scotch pancakes (heated up or freshly warm) with butter and maybe a little jam.

Tea with milk and 1 sugar.

Took me years to do this, but I don't eat all day until 4-5pm, I might have the odd bit of grub if I am desperate at work, but rarely.

Doing this has helped me in soo many ways, I recommend people try fasting and give the digestive a break, you end up with more energy when your digestive isn't breaking down food constantly, possibly why use stonners, when we binge eat, we fall asleep without knowing how we fell asleep!

A coffee and hot shower is my breakie lol

I’ve heard a lot about this recently !
I remember at one point in time I was doing this without knowing as I used to wake up early for work and didn’t have time to eat until 4/5 and I genuinely felt a lot better health wise!
I’ve been hitting the gym recently and trying to gain a little muscle 💪 do you think this would be a good idea while trying to do so?
I currently eat a lottt for breakfastt to get the big protein intake 😭

Mate that makes totally sense you was doing it naturally, as breakfast just means break-fast, breaking the fast.

We are all told breakie is most important meal of the day etc, but I remember as a kid never wanting breakie, then as we get older as adults we get used to eat breakie so we do it out of habit,

Stanley Mathews an old footy player who played until his 40s always fasted on a Sunday, I am sure C Ronaldo is doing the same,

Check out the "warrior diet" on youtube, if you eat between 12pm-8pm the rule is you can eat what you want and how much you want, you will notice you eat less and have more energy, it's crazy.

All the health info we get from mainstream is usually bollox, like the old pyramid of food was reliant on carbs and most people got diabetes as a result.

In Roman times, to keep slaves happy, they always kept them fed! 3 meals a day etc.

In terms of building muscle defo check out warrior diet on youtube!

Just one more thing, once you stop eating constantly, you will notice how much your digestive has to work to break down food, which will make you think more about it.

Personally, mines a joint and a red bull and I'm good all day. But drink about 10 red bulls a day so maybe a diet change is needed 😅
