You are entitled to get what you ordered, but try and work with the vendor for a resolution. Its highly unlikely for obvious reasons that you will be able to return the package so try and be flexible to what may just have been a mistake. If its an intended substitution without consulting you than thats unacceptable regardless of anything in the vendors manifesto. If you can't find a resolution then open a dispute on your order page from Day 9 to apply for a refund.
