I placed an order with a vendor that, up until now, I have trusted, on the 21st of August. Although Comms were slow the vendor replied to my messages and basically told me to wait as they had been experiencing issues from customers who had ordered and had their packages shipped 1st class royal mail. I didn't want to damage the vendors reputation by starting a dispute so I waited patiently. The vendor asked me to wait and then the day after the dispute window closed sent me a message that they had reshipped. However, my order still hasn't arrived. It's been four weeks now and I'm $85 down with no weed to show for it with no way of disputing. I find it highly unlikely that the royal mail, as inept as they may be have lost two parcels in a row from the same vendor to the same customer. So, all I have left to do is leave a negative review, thus damaging their rep and warning others of possible selective scamming. I know this is a risk you take when you have illegal substances posted to you but up until this order I have had every one of my previous buys arrive with no problem within a week. What do you guys think? Obviously from now on I will have to pay extra for tracked delivery but in a market that is based solely on trust you would think vendors would want to keep their rep intact.
