Are you sure the address you sent it to was the newly generated one for that order? Sometimes my exchange defaults to the previous used address unless I change it…

When you say "no joy" from transaxe, do you mean they haven't replied yet or they say they have no record of the transaction?

You need to supply them the address that the coin was sent to. If its an LB address, even one previously used, they will locate and refund you.

Although delays and hiccups can often occur on the blockchain its very rare that transactions are not eventually completed.

Its nothing to do with LB, all Santander can see is that you are sending frequent amounts to a crypto exchange. Its a fraud alert- they think you are being scammed by someone for crypto payments or in an investment scam. You should be able to explain this to the fraud department. I had this and told them I was buying cannabis and they took the block off. You can just as easily say you are drip feeding a small crypto portfolio and doing it of your own free will of course.

Get yourself a non-KYC wallet like Exodus. Choose a platform to purchase Crypto (Bittylicious is ludicrously named, but super efficient). Tell the platform that you are sending to your own wallet (which you are). Send this from Exodus to LB. It'll cost you about £1-5 more, depending on fees. Most likely the lower end of the scale.

I had my account frozen when sending money a few months ago. It wasn't drug related, but that highlighted to me how easy it is to lose access to something you rely on so much, especially with physical bank closures everywhere. It was relatively easy to sort out, but still, it happened.

I just do Exodus -> Vendors Wallet.

Lloyds blocked mine after 2 transactions, had to call the fraud team. They then blocked it again, had to call them again and they've whitelisted the payments.

You don't have to send it to another wallet, you can send it straight to LB.

Many believe there is a PUS (Personal Use Stasi) that are set to descend on anybody buying small quantities of weed on the internet (despite it not being an offence) and that they have the vast resources necessary to track you down via your original KYC. And kill you.

This fear is backed up by some exchanges cancelling the accounts of Biggas but there is no evidence that they linked their transactions to LB, only the rather common sense notion that ALL multiple small transactions in crypto are nefarious (nobody is buying pizza anymore right?) and since they don't make any real money out of you its much easier to chop the little guy than those rather tasty big guns, plus they get to demonstrate that they are somehow keeping their houses in order.

I've aways sent it direct and the only issue I had was with my bank who seem to think I could be being scammed or blackmailed. I told them I was buying cannabis and they said "Oh OK, thats fine then".

You have to complete the assessment to buy your bitcoin from the big exchanges.

If you spend more time learning you can buy more anonymously with P2P without any assessments, hodlhodl is a good service.

However the assessments for Kraken, Coinbase and Bittylicious are more or less the same, some questions are just worded differently, you should be able to pass the assessment with the answers I wrote here:

I have before yes and lots of people use it here, it's just as good as any of them but it's a bit different from Kraken or Coinbase.

You give them your Bitcoin address, pay with your card or whatever and they'll send the coins to your own Bitcoin wallet, from there you can send here.

You could do that yeah but long term not really a smart idea.

Then you just need to register an account on Bittylicious, you will have to prove your identity there and pass an assessment which if you scroll up to my first reply on this topic you'll find more information about.

The buying Bitcoin > buying something here process is like this:

1.
On the Bittylicous site input your Bitcoin address you get from the 'receive' tab in Cake Wallet

2.
Input the amount of Bitcoin you need (bare in mind there are small fees to send Bitcoin so always buy a little extra Bitcoin)

3.
Then obviously buy the coins with your card or a transfer

4.
After 10-60 minutes the Bitcoin will arrive in your Cake Wallet and you'll be able to see it in there (swipe down from the top of cake wallet to refresh or just close out the app and reopen)

5.
Go to the 'send' tab in Cake Wallet, click the QR code button beside the address tab and scan the QR code on your littlebiggy order page. This will autofill the address and amount so you don't need to copy it over yourself (less room for error).

It’s one of the reason why noobs only have 1/5th voting rights- to prevent them going berserk on a voting frenzy 🤓
