Only for 2 orders but the problem is that he knew the quality of the products because he had ordered them before

There’s so many scammers on this site these days I’ve been done over a few times recently my advise is don’t sell large amounts.

My two pence on this one. Who's doing who the favour? Not just yourself but all vendors I use. I reach out because you have delights I don't need but crave 🤣 you the bosses. Bin a dud customer, can you cancel orders and bar offenders that don't display a level of gratitude?

As a customer, if I feel I get a bad deal, my dosh isn't going to flow easily again in that direction. Luckily only one on my swerve list, but wasn't worth a dispute as I cheapskated on delivery. It's a 2 way system. Mutual expectations on both sides. As a seller, if someone wasn't happy with your merchandise, let them continue the hunt to a merchant. As a buyer, if it isn't up to scratch, trial and error, try another. 🫶
