Morning Chongzy, the dispute button will appear on the order page after a set amount of days. If you look at the order, right at the top, under 'status' it will tell you when you can raise a dispute. I hope this helps and you get it sorted mate. Cheers Tallman

Sorry dude i've only just saw your reply & yeah it's not an instant process unfortunately, depending when you make the transfer it could take a couple hours or a full day in my experience depending on your banks cutoff time, then a further 6+ hours for the app to process & send the crypto. So ofc not the best option if you're in a rush for btc but it's the only service i've found so far with virtually no kyc so a full day or two wait isn't too bad for me, like i last used the app on monday at 2:30/2:45pm & got my crypto around 2am tuesday morning but i guess it depends on the bank

So you'd choose an amount right lets say "€115", the app will create the order page & give you their bank details + you NEED to type in whatever reference code they show on the order page along with your payment or they'll refund the transaction, i use "send international payment" in my online bank for this, i send the payment + the reference code in payment notes/reference, then bitkipi automatically processes & sends the crypto either to the wallet you create in the app which then you could send to your main external wallet or i think you can link your main external wallet as the default wallet to receive the btc✌🏽

So essentially they are sugar and flavourings with the THC & CBD of course! So if kept sealed and cool you can expect them to stay good for 3months to be safe and upto 6 if you keep them in the fridge sealed.
