Exceptional customer service from this vendor,
Excellent communications , extremely quick to answer anything i posed, and friendly with it too.
Full reship ( refund also offered) after a royal mail loss ( original still in a mail centre somewhere) at thier own cost, nothing at all ask for even towards postage.
And the actual product itself was extremely decent for the price.

I would certainly recommend using these guys, I know I will in the near future

Hi community,

So basically this customer placed OZ order with us on 15 Jan, it was shipped on 16 Jan he received it on 17 Jan, on the 18 Jan sent us message saying “ i liked Black cherry gelato but 14g blue nerds was small nugs etc” we had no issue with any other customer but still we offered him 7g free BCG on the house and he agreed.
His free 7g reshipment was sent on the 20 Jan and he received it on 21 Jan no issues.
But he still opened dispute today without messaging us or letting us know what’s the issue ?
he’s not replying to our messages so we decided to post on his page to seek advice for solution.

We have both tracking numbers for original order and the free 7g reshipment.

Any advice will be helpful thanks in advance 🙏🏼

Also commenting coz there's only one of these vendors mentioned I'd use, had from one of the listed and wouldn't recommend. Check out green cat for flavours at a few decent prices. If you're not happy with green cat then you need to check out Don locos Cali for a nice price(also smalls of it available for cheaper) THC23s budget flower is hands down better than most of the vendors mentioned here aswell. Most importantly though...read reviews.....they are your friend. The more reviews the better the vendor....the 3 I've mentioned hardly have any disputed orders(if any at all) or bad reviews.....others mentioned here like one member says, have bad reviews.

Gonna be honest for a bit of balance for fellow peeps here, you’ve named some of the 3 most unreliable vendors on here. Complaints as long as your arm, if you check all of their topics and reviews.

Caveat emptor. Would not touch any of those with a barge pole personally tbh. Esp this close to Xmas hols. My recommendations: dr greenthumb, radar breeder and recently the fall guy’s chemdawg has been nice. All of those are very reliably quick postage too.
