Hey biggaz its been a whileeee!

Some of my loyal customers may know that we changed management last year and ever since then everything has been a absolute sh*t show. Literally threw the accounts whole rep down the drain...

The account was given away due to personal stuff in my life... Let's just say your boy got a wife now 😂

Well old management is back and FML I have a lot to sort out 😭 I already know you biggaz are gonna crush me in the comments haha but im going to take it all on the chin. It's time to build up our rep and make it good again.

Firstly, we will spend the rest of the weekend and Monday replying to all comments and sorting out any disputes, The idiot who was managing before literally never opened he chat section so there's over 600 messages 😭😭😭 I cant physically go through every message so please message me from today and I'll get back to everyone, also if you didn't used to message before, feel free to message now because I will not leave a single message unread once I start replying.

Last thing, I've seen what was sold as an excuse for shake last time and it was not acceptable. I'm REALLY surprised there was still 10/10 reviews being given out 😭 that stuff was shocking and all listings will be updated by the end of the night. The new shake is a LOT better, also will be getting really nice hash soon and whatever else you guys want. To show my appreciation, EVERY order from now until 100 orders will be receiving 1g of free homemade static, every order will also be topped up by AT LEAST 1g when it comes to shake and bud.

Thanks guys and I look forward to hearing from you all again its been so long. I really am not looking forward to the negative comments but ahh! 😫 It is what it is man go for it and let it all out below !

Props for coming out and saying it rather then just rebranding and coming back as someone else, that happens far too often around here!

To be fair I have been ordering from Strainsburys for a looong time now & other than thew odd quality issue everything I ordered arrived when it was supposed to and was (with a couple of exceptions) decent. The last batch I ordered 24/9 definitely wasn't great though.

Admitting that things went wrong and sorting it out publicly is a lot better than the whole "rebrand and move on" thing that certain vendors have done several times on here.

Good luck going forward and, assuming things stay on track I would have no issues ordering from you again.

I agree 100% , I was not looking forward to coming back to a pretty much “ruined” account but at the same time I genuinely have made so many good friends when I was running the account and I do think I can change it back to how it used to be :)

Im not gonna be negative . I think fair play for being honest i used to use you guys all the time till it went to shit . Only thing I’m not keen on here is the fact that it seems vendors can change hands. I’m sure more have that I’m unaware of as keep out the drama.

Fair play for this mate, you used to be a cracking vendor and I used to use you a lot going back to the captain kush days! Stop using you around February time because service had got to bad so it’s great to see you back! Did receive a fixed penalty notice for £200 2 weeks ago because of the old management fly tipping all there leftover stuff including a package addressed to me from February? I got stiffed by ALL YOUR NATURAL MEDICENE while you were away. I just wanted to leave a post saying that experience made me feel lucky to have found a true professional such as you. All your natural medicene even put my real name on on package. This just a heads up for the rest of your customers out there.

My Dad taught me if you get ripped off make sure you cost them twice as much. Thats the beauty of feedback and posts. Hopefully my posts saved a few people from being ripped off and stole a few sales off them. They ripped me off for £100 so I got a bargain there I feel. They have probably taken others for a lot more.

Probably the best trim I've ever had on LB came from yourselves when you'd not long opened, then had to shut and relocate if I remember correctly 🤔. It was Chemdawg and absolutely fire 🔥!

Last time I ordered 2oz of Trim around Christmas last year the quality was awful, basically 2oz of fan leaf so I've stayed away since then.

However this is awesome news and I hope you come back better than ever 💪

Glad I've seen this and fair play for the post. I ordered a few weeks ago and it was never sent but did manage a refund through transaxe. I ordered some of the new shake on Friday not clocking it was through Strainsbury's so looking forward to this one working out ok 🤞

Fair play, my first order was with you guys. But then started getting sent stuff that tasted and smelt like air freshener with no comms when tried to talk about it. Left me without a smoke for a while 😅 I see why there was no comms now 😂 Good to see its getting sorted. I might have a try of the new shake soon. Good luck with it all brother 👍
