I've messaged you loads. You said you posted my shipment on Monday. Still no sign of it. Also you won't provide with a tracking number. Yesterday you said you would give me my tracking number and I still don't have it.
10 days from the Sent date a Dispute tab will appear on your order page. Click on this to initiate a further 16 day window for resolution. The vendor will be informed. If you cannot resolve it (most disputes are resolved this way) then auto settlement borg will then apply a % refund based on reputation. if you resolve before this just click 'resolve' to cancel the dispute. Do not do this on a 'promise' from the vendor because the dispute cannot be reopened.
if you cant resolve with the vendor, just hit the dispute button when it becomes available and its likely you will get some or all of your coins back (based on your reputation).
They have so many ratings that they have fallen off and arnt bothered it seems, most people compliant Is no comms and the smoke they get is not what they ordered mad people stil use them but each to there own I guess
