It has been 1 week with a lot of strikes and shit weather thrown in with the Christmas period. If they’re an established and trusted vendor on here then you’ve nothing to worry about honestly. Not much the vendors can do once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail.

Well out of the 7 days so far 4 of them have been strike days and what has not been mentioned much is lots and lots of snow and ice on the 11th right at the start of the week which also causes everything to grind to a halt.

Just as a side note l, I know it's quite expensive but if you can afford it always get Special NDD where available. Tracked 24 is shite and takes just as long as standard 1st class.

To give you some reassurance the 24hr tracked parcels posted 6th December have a printed deliver by date on the front of the 14th December! So there is not even any pressure at all from RM on the posties to get these delivered at all. It’s a 7 /8 day turnaround for 24hr tracked which is nuts ! If you are new don’t let this put you off. The failure rate on here is tiny and you will get your money back if it doesn’t turn up. I’ve had 1 not turn up in 2 years ! Only 1. And I got a 💯 refund on it. Stick only to the long term consistency of vendors like the gentlemen dealers, Canadian imports, the green team, pistach, and green tech and you will not be let down by them ever. The post might but they will have been speedy in getting it out to you their end 👍 hope this helps

Only had a handful of no shows.

First thing, message seller. Even with strikes just as a friendly heads up.
Some will have tracking and be kind enough to check it for you to ease the stress of not knowing.

If no reply’s to message after a day or so of online activity open dispute as soon as available.

Some big vendors get slammed with orders and messages ao can take a bit.

My best vendors though (even the big ones) will ALWAYS keep in touch!

Iv been waiting since the 29th for 24 tracked also. Got 4 items totalling £500 from here stuck in the post. Not even seen a postman for 2 weeks. Vendor can’t do shit except tell you RM have received it as RM aren’t updating the tracking information. It’s a Royal Mail issue. I wouldn’t rush to accuse, the only service getting through is special delivery right now. We just have pray to the weed gods and hope for the best

Iv got all the tracking numbers and their all the post. I’m guessing your eBay was a parcel which will get delivered quicker. If it’s coming as a letter it will take longer. And regarding the postie I’m just telling my situation, there’s a lot of us in the same boat. Who have actually been waiting a lot longer even. Use vendors who give out the tracking if it’s an issue for you personally. Buts It’s 50/50 whether it gets through in good time or not

LB system will take care of this, although that doesn’t ease the frustration especially at this time of year. Click Dispute on your order page when it appears on day 9. Where a vendor has buggered off, 100% refunds will be paid. Your coin is protected👍

The dispute time window appears at the top of the order page. The start date is when the dispute tab appears (9 days after marked Sent). It expires at the end date (unless you extend it). You can’t get auto settlement outside of this window.
If the dispute window has expired all you can do is contact transaxe via their page and explain the circumstances. They are good people…

My order with CannaPharm/transaxe was anon, so i cant use the LB system. Ive contacted transaxe a few times regarding this. I havnt directly asked for my sats back yet, so lets see if anything/clarity is offered.....

No, no mistake. Ive been anon for all of my dozen odd orders, on LB. I didnt see the need for an account, after an initial low value test order. This account was created to message transaxe and CannaPharm. For the record, this is the second time theres been a no-show. So currently, im running at a rubbish rate chance of a no show! Hmmm, maybe the derelict carpark wasnt so bad after all....

I’m pushing 100 orders but the 2 failures I had were in my first 5 orders!….both vendors buggered off. I just wasn’t very savvy at picking good vendors, although the second one was actually very established. I was stunned to get 100% refunds, I thought escrow/transaxe couldn’t possibly be a real thing!😂😉

Turns out Transaxe are indeed, good people. As a late xmas prezzy, i got refunded. Nice. Very nice.

Had 3 other tracked 24 items which I ordered on the same day arrive. Hoping it’s Royal Mail but never had this be an issue before sadly and don’t like the lack of communication. Reported to transax to see if they can help us all

Quick update: Canna told me it had moved from processing two days ago, still nothing so it has gone into dispute today 16/12/22. Hopefully it turns up so I can cancel it, i have no idea how to add the bitcoin back to my account and don't have or want a btc wallet.

I'm never using this guy again even if the weed turns up today, I payed for tracked 24 and if he posted it I'm guessing he posted it second class snail mail and that's why he won't give me a tracking number. Guess we'll see and I'll keep you all updated. 👍

18 months on LB for and no delivery problems ever althogh many an anxious wait for the postie...He says now anxiously waiting for an Xmas order SD over two post strike days this week...Lol!
TGT for me originally were very good and BudBoyz (rip) but both came with various errors, wrong product/size etc but always came good in restitution and replacement if polite comms were raised with them. No point in getting nasty in your first mssg to a vendor who you hope to resolve an issue with your order, it just common sense just be nice. I ordered from Pistach a couple of times and a couple of others from reviews where I can easily tell that products are good and equally important getting through although some of the people writing reviews are clearly lightweights as some gear on here can be shite also, everyone will experience at least one or two shite orders.
RealD was smashing it for me as I only do hash but now that he's gone awol, Dr Green Thumb is my new go to for hash, just based on first order from jj, i know I'm not going to have any problems with quality and speed of product. With NDD as standerd, Dr GT is smashing others on LB and quality of hash is excellent! Hope that helps 👍

Justto update; Got my Xmas order if any noobs are worried about stuff on here. Some people are getting their SD's on strike days, I don't so it was a three day wait, constantly checking tracking to see it hadn't moved in 2 days except for initial transit to DO but on the 3rd morning saw it was in transit again to my DO but this was at 5:49am...was it to make the 30min journey to my local depot and sit in a pile even though it's an SD or will it go on the Special pile, or will posties be noticing high volumes of highly stealthed SD's more often than not in silver/grey packaging and be lifting a few for themselves easily blaming the delays and backlogs, and who's going to come asking about a package of hash/weed or whatever else from LB stores? These are anxious times we live in my friends but while we have LB and some of the fantastic vendors who are genuinely nice people and generous too. Did you ever get any samples or freebies or even just having a draw that was on point or in most cases over....well that's what you get on LB and a load of likeminded genuinley nice people. Although statistically speaking and I don't want to sound morbid and don't know how many Biggas there are, but there's probably a serial killer amongst us, anyway point is most biggas are nice people, there are some Wanker on here too though😂😁🤣

I should definitely leverage the mathematic possibility of being the serial killer to get freebies /j

I used a "phone app" dealer for about 2 years and he was just letting me down in the past months. Really late deliveries, wrong strains, customer service non existant, sending it first class when I paid NDD.

Strangers online recommended me LB and it been the best place to get my green. Can talk to vendors directly, packaging is always top dog as well as the products that are sold, customer service out of the park, prices are way better.

Just got some Cherry Sherbet that arrived from Riley_Packs today, so excited to smoke that tonight and see if it packs a punch.

Also ordered from Eddy's Edibles last night, probably not gonna see it for a while because of these strikes but am excited to try THC Lean for the first time.

As a middle aged man of a certain appearance ( even I'd think I was an undercover rozzer) my ability to make street links vanished in my late 20's/early 30's. You don’t have to accept any offer from a vendor and their T&C’s are actually meaningless- only LB terms count in dispute settlement.

You should never be persuaded to not dispute, delay or cancel a dispute unless actually resolved. Most disputes never even need to be resolved by LB- product that was sent eventually turns up, and in the present chaos this is even more likely. But disputing protects your coin. There is no stigma to disputing and busy honest vendors know that from time to time shit happens.

A 50% offer however does reflect the shared risk between an honest vendor and an honest Bigga. This is not Amazon after all and vendors are exposed to plenty of tricks from dishonest Biggas too.

In any dispute Auto Settlement Borg will decide on the refund based on reputation unless fraudulent activity is clear I.e where the vendor has disappeared and a full refund is due. It could be 50%, it could be more, it could be less….

The point of reputation based resolution is two fold:

- it limits the ability of Biggas to open alt accounts merely for the purpose of scamming vendors. Noobs have little reputation. Exactly the same applies to noob vendors.

- Some things can’t be proven. For example if a vendor insists they sent it and the Bigga insists they didn’t get it, well the truth is out there somewhere….similarly with weights, condition etc.

I’m not sure what the LB rule is.

I do know venders that won’t due to security reasons but they have provided full tracking history.

I like tracking because I like to see it’s been sent- the only two deliveries that failed for me were RM 1st Class and I honestly believe I didn’t get them because they weren’t sent.

Tracking will certainly help in a dispute be it with a vendor or RM.

There are some vendors and quite a few Biggas who feel security compromised by it and either don’t offer it (although this may just be for logistical rather than security reasons) or use it.

It’s up to vendors whether they share tracking. Personally I only care if it doesn’t show up as expected and then of course the vendor needs to share the info available.

It all gets messy if vendors don’t actually send it by the class selected and that shouldn’t really be tolerated imo.

Depends on the vendor. JJ adds the tracking number to the order once it’s sent, others don’t to protect themselves. Doesn’t hurt to ask them for it if there is an issue.
