How can I raise a dispute?

You will see the dispute button on your order page 9 days after it is marked as sent.

Same problem. Someone made a fraudulent dispute and I can’t even message them to sort it out. No reply from borgs either

To add, I think there should be an option to mark an order complete when the product arrives which releases the funds to vendors a bit earlier. Improving cashflow for new vendors to help them grow quicker possibly?

This eventually forces vendors to limit new users by putting restrictions on accounts with less than 10 buys. If all vendors go this route then LB can’t grow its customer base.

It’s in everyone’s interest, vendor/buyer and LB, to address these fraudsters grifting for a bit of free bud!

Completely agree, all these vendors need more protection from f*ckpigs taking the piss, and free weed. People need to appreciate what LB and the vendors on here offer ie great (mostly) products and convenience for those that don't want to deal with street dealers. Thanks vendors and LB

Official RM tracking pages with delivery location is verifiable. It shows you a little map and the delivery point on it.
If vendor confirms that tracking no. to be correct, you can then check the little map on RM site, it may not have even landed in correct country for example, or it may have landed on biggas doorstep too.

only a seller and buyer can see (verify) addresses. borgs can not even see the country. not sure what they mean by anonymized tracking data but it makes sense that they don't want anything to do with buyer's irl names either.

We find this one very weird one. We sent out the order as expected. you got it. Then cancelled the order - It gets held in Transaxe Transaxe should of refunded yet. We've resolved this. Please cancel dispute.

I never cancelled _anything_. That is nonsense. You cancelled _half_ the order because (as I recall) you were out of stock. That'd be totally fine, but I was still charged for the full order. All I was after was either the other half of the order or a refund for the cancelled part.

I also didn't send an address with typos. I have made quite a few orders here, and they have all come through okay. I even made several orders with you that also came through ok. In fact, the half of the order that was processed DID arrive, so if the address had typos, I'm not sure how that would have happened.

Look, I'm trying to close this out amicably. You can see from my messages that I am just responding to requests to resolve the issue.

Assuming that the second half of the order has been dispatched (as you say), then when it arrives, it'll all be good, and we can go back to our lives.

I don't hold any of the funds. Thats why Transaxe is there. and gets mis used and abused. This iust all seems very bogus.

This is now beyond crazy. I have acted in good faith in all correspondence and done what was asked from both you and the other borg/bot things here.

The simple fact of the matter is that you did not send the other half of the original order. You messaged me (originally) to say that you'd send the first half but cancelled the second part of the order, however, you still took payment for the whole order.

Your prevarications took so long that the original order dropped off, which forced me to start that other process.

I gave you my details multiple times, and you're right, one had a misplaced "D" in the suburb line, but the postcode was correct in all cases, which is what Royal Mail uses in any case.

You then told me that you were sending the other half, which I again, took in good faith. But as yet, that hasn't shown up either.

So now I am left, many, many months after the original order, with half the order missing and ALL of my payment taken.

You keep passing the buck to Transaxe but it was you who cancelled the other half of the original order, not me OR Transaxe.

It'd just be a lot simpler for you to either send the other half of the original order (you have my address) or refund the BTC that you received.

But, We have been in comms with you replied every 2 days. So saying no comms is just a lie. I can just simply show a screen shot.

You also chose 1st class normal post. (not tracked)We've upgraded it to free 24 hour tracked. Plus double the order!

We've been here for ages. Every ones protected by Transaxe.

For the first 2 and nearly 3 years. we only had 1st class normal post . Hence why we have 5 days average which is accurate So others comparing us to people who have 0-1 day delivery with fake reviews we've sold over 6000 parcels sent on here with less then 0.8% issues and 100% of the issues were resolved. Meaning we've never had any issues not resolved. 1000% - Things happen in life. We don't live on LB.

Just no need to lie about no comms.

It's now been a week since this was filed. I've heard nothing from anyone about my order. I still haven't received my money or my order. When does this move forward? First time in 10 years on Little Biggy I've had to file a dispute, so I'm not familiar with the process.

Does the vendor give the refund via yourself or do they give it directly please?

Glad I'm not the only one getting ignored . I ordered 28g of mac . I received 14g of some old dry bullshit (definitely not mac) was told he'd reship and now I just get blanked . Your probably betting of not receiving anything and getting your coin back , go else where . I will be , good luck 👍

Based on those dates this isn’t a Late Dispute. A normal dispute is after 9 days- look for the blue dispute tab on the left margin of your order page. The dispute time window will also show at the top of the page. The Late Dispute process is designed for when this window has expired 👍

Thanks for your message. I have just followed what the auto settlement borg requested, I'm a total noob on here....Also I set up my LB account after I had processed the order so have no way of setting up a dispute through the usual channels.

It’s an absolute joke, I get that they are probably busy but it’s not exactly great for their reputation that they just don’t respond to any requests for help or anyone trying to get hold of them for any reason, I have a payment issue on top of the not getting any smoke, according to the payment I made something has gone wrong somewhere & it’s overpaid them, still can’t get any help from them & not sure what to do about it other than do the dispute which I’ve never done before & have no clue about

There should be a option of setting up a dispute after 9 days I believe.

My third time, the first 2 orders arrived the next day! Today is day 9 for me, I’m assuming I have to wait until the exact time the money was paid as the dispute button isn’t there yet!

Borg please settle this dispute by issuing me a refund. Hebba29 should not be on the items wall and arguably shouldn't be on this site at all considering all he does is lie. Even after this dispute was raised I asked him what the plan is and he said he will definitely ship it, I asked him to post that as a reply on this Topic and obviously he has not done this, he is a bare faced liar.

Seller is dragging this process out for myself (and apparently many others) by saying several times he will send it and then next time I ask few days later he has a new excuse but "definitely sending it I got you bro"...

I'm not surprised - a few days ago I was able to see he has a considerable percentage of current orders under dispute, he's clearly fucking over many in this community. For some reason the stat isn't shown now (not the overall dispute rate)

Hi andiie yes. It got sorted. 75 days later. They said they were shut but I ordered on the 12th and they closed aftet that. Even got a sent message. This was the second time this happened so I have had to stop buying from this vendor. Gave them Chances to sort it out to the point i would have preferred to have something else of the same value. Luckily i got stuff off the street (which defeats the point of Little Biggy).
