this dispute is re-opened, seller must reach settlement with buyer to avoid financial penalty. once buyer sends us a message the dispute will be closed.

We have sent you tracking in DM's

We have sent you 2 bars instead of one.

But, We have been in comms with you replied every 2 days. So saying no comms is just a lie. I can just simply show a screen shot.

You also chose 1st class normal post. (not tracked)We've upgraded it to free 24 hour tracked. Plus double the order!

We've been here for ages. Every ones protected by Transaxe.

For the first 2 and nearly 3 years. we only had 1st class normal post . Hence why we have 5 days average which is accurate So others comparing us to people who have 0-1 day delivery with fake reviews we've sold over 6000 parcels sent on here with less then 0.8% issues and 100% of the issues were resolved. Meaning we've never had any issues not resolved. 1000% - Things happen in life. We don't live on LB.

Just no need to lie about no comms.

We find this one very weird one. We sent out the order as expected. you got it. Then cancelled the order - It gets held in Transaxe Transaxe should of refunded yet. We've resolved this. Please cancel dispute.

NO The address you just give me to resolve it not the original one! I've sent proof, Happy to upload it to here to show as well. What i am working with is truly odd!

You can also clearly see, That i I'm trying to resolve it more . When it's not even my fault. I'ts me taking a loss.

A cancellation at the end of the day. Cannot be any vendors issue on here its Transaxe that holds it and transaxe that refunds it.

I don't hold any of the funds. Thats why Transaxe is there. and gets mis used and abused. This iust all seems very bogus.

very strange all of this Weird that Borg instructed you to do this. which is fine! But Especially and technically it is not nothing to do with the vendor here or the buyer it's Transaxe. Or refund borg.
