This is now beyond crazy. I have acted in good faith in all correspondence and done what was asked from both you and the other borg/bot things here.
The simple fact of the matter is that you did not send the other half of the original order. You messaged me (originally) to say that you'd send the first half but cancelled the second part of the order, however, you still took payment for the whole order.
Your prevarications took so long that the original order dropped off, which forced me to start that other process.
I gave you my details multiple times, and you're right, one had a misplaced "D" in the suburb line, but the postcode was correct in all cases, which is what Royal Mail uses in any case.
You then told me that you were sending the other half, which I again, took in good faith. But as yet, that hasn't shown up either.
So now I am left, many, many months after the original order, with half the order missing and ALL of my payment taken.
You keep passing the buck to Transaxe but it was you who cancelled the other half of the original order, not me OR Transaxe.
It'd just be a lot simpler for you to either send the other half of the original order (you have my address) or refund the BTC that you received.
I don't mind which one.
