RM have been a disaster since the long weekend unfortunately, we share tracking info with our customers on request but even the tracking can be very unreliable in some cases,
Just today one of our reviews mentions tracking details that state the customers order was sent to the wrong depot and will be delivered shortly even though it was already delivered, this is just one of many examples of their poor service don't get us wrong we'd all be lost without RM but they really do need some improvements, we're seeing a big increase in delays this week but usually they catch up towards the end of the week :)
