First of all I normally don’t reply to any reviews of post against us but this one I have too

Black orchid not many ppl smoked it before including myself too We never claimed it’s from high end Cali cafe and we’re not even charging price like that too look at the price some UK strains are expensive then that and you’re looking for top shelf weed for free
These packs come from Cali I don’t put stickers or anything on it and it’s not like I am selling 10 Cali strains on my page (which can claiming I am selling fake lol)
End of the day you can’t make every customer happy and every customers taste is not same either

This strain is different strain very strong and peppery Taste mid shelf that’s why prices are reasonable

Pictures buds everting real in my pictures still 1/10 doesn’t make any sense must me….. lol

I know sometimes it can take a while for a delivery, but it's been 20 days now and getting no response. Looks like I'm not the only one.😠

Ordered from Daan on the 20th of September, order was supposedly sent out but nothing arrived.

Had to nudge Daan a few times to check tracking, and was always told "it's all sorted and on the way"

Eventually Daan said he was away for a bit, reshipped the order and would provide tracking, but once again nothing and back to radio silence

It's the 13th of Oct and my time to dispute has run out. Judging by other recent reviews it seems people think he's done a runner

I've ordered from Radar Breeder twice in the meantime, and both arrived next day after posting

Are others having a similar experience with Daan?

It’s been6 weeks now.
You have previously told me that you reshipped and then told me you didn’t because I raised a dispute.
You then told me if I didn’t cancel the dispute I wouldn’t get a refund so I did.
Then I was told I would have refund in 30 minutes then 24 hours then 1 weeks. Still no sign of refund
You then again told me you reshipped. Still no sign but other vendors are having no trouble getting through
6 weeks man what’s going on, you wont t reply to my messages anymore

I ordered with NDD on Wednesday of last week and my order was sent later that day. There’s no sign of it and I’ve asked you to check the tracking. I gave you the info you asked for on Friday and you’ve been on here since then but I’ve received no reply.
Edit: Daan replied within a few hours and everything’s sorted. Excellent resolution.

Bazza123 this costumer is a scammer and should be banned from biggy normally I don’t really do this but for this costumer I’ve to bcoz he’s scamming all other vendors too.
First thing first he is new to biggy according to his account but he act like he’s been here since day one

If your 3 parcel got sized in 1 week that mean it’s not any vendors fault it’s your fault bcoz your hot and you making all of us hot which I think very risky for all vendors.... that if you telling the truth and if you printing them letters from your home printer then definitely it’s our fault that we being fool and shipping you free weed...... think about it everyone

I never had a issues with any of my costumer regarding refund or reship I even expected underpaid orders too but the reason I said I m not refunding you bcoz i don’t believe you and you asked for full refund why? That make me think you doing this to scam ppl and your a fraud.

So this customer ordered from me 7g stardawg his package was delivered on 26th of jan…he sent me a message yesterday on 7th of feb that instead of 7g he received 3.5G (possible) but why wait so long to get in touch?
My customers knows who’s packages got lost or never got delivered I offered them reship or refund.

First one never making it, he is not offering any kind of solution.

Second one, been waiting for the tracking for more than 5 days now.

He keeps on being online, read my message but no answer ?

So far so good with this vendor eventhough I have order lagging. No big deal and not his fault.

But the second order I made with daan : no communication at all, no update or whatsoever.

I don't get it... how can a vendor be online EVERYDAY and ignore his customers ?
