Bazza123 this costumer is a scammer and should be banned from biggy normally I don’t really do this but for this costumer I’ve to bcoz he’s scamming all other vendors too.
First thing first he is new to biggy according to his account but he act like he’s been here since day one

If your 3 parcel got sized in 1 week that mean it’s not any vendors fault it’s your fault bcoz your hot and you making all of us hot which I think very risky for all vendors.... that if you telling the truth and if you printing them letters from your home printer then definitely it’s our fault that we being fool and shipping you free weed...... think about it everyone

I never had a issues with any of my costumer regarding refund or reship I even expected underpaid orders too but the reason I said I m not refunding you bcoz i don’t believe you and you asked for full refund why? That make me think you doing this to scam ppl and your a fraud.

This fella thinks An post don’t deliver the package if seized,
I tried to explain to him The package gets delivered without the weed, accompanied by a customs letter.
Deliberate attempt of character assignation.
I deal with RB, Talk to Frank and Hans.
Ask them for there opinion mate.

Would shipping with tracking provide you with delivery confirmation? You don't have to input the tracking number, but keep it for delivery confirmation. I am a p. cubensis vendor in the US, and I provide tracking to reassure my customers and if parcel gets delivered to wrong address or is lost, then it can be rerouted back to me.
