Is anyone else getting a bit pissed off with some vendors consistently offering ndd, marking orders as sent then not replying to messages until after they've finally dispatched it 3 days later?

Was yours standard or tracked? I went standard big mistake he messaged me back today too said I’ll have to wait because it’s standard...still standered or not waiting since the 28th of last month is some pain
NDD tracked, not holding my breath on something arriving next week though. Yeah the wait is hell.

I know mate but a lot of these are uk NDD tracked that have been missing for more than 2 weeks with no replies
On another thread a user says they received a letter saying their parcel was caught at customs. They may have intercepted a bunch of parcels if this is the case. We really need RB to clear things up and get 50% reships out.
Like jcotterell said many of these are UK orders so I don't think the seized by customs argument holds up. Either way RB should be able to check and have some idea of what's going on if he did send NDD.
He doesn't bother to read messages, some seem to say it's because he's busy which I'm sure he is but he's got time to list new items while there are many many people going out their minds waiting over 2 weeks for drops that should have taken a maximum of 3/4 days.

We had the same for our very first review. Thankfully, somebody from within the community called them out on it for reviewing it falsely compared to how the rest usually do it.
Like you said, for us it felt a bit of a low blow.
However, we just bit the bullet, introduced a couple of deals and offers and over the past few weeks, we’ve proved the review wrong with our service and people are finally starting to find us and trust us, which is great.
All I can advise is take the hit and just keep doing what you are doing. You have some really cheap products on there and judging by your other reviews, it seems a decent product also.
Keep marching on and you’ll soon get the recognition you deserve, I’ve found it happens naturally here.

Super budget gear can often be a minefield for vendors because some biggas simply won't equate quality to price and then you take a whipping. The last real cheap weed I thought I'd try went straight in the bin and I didn't give it a second thought because at the price the risk was all mine. Many who bought it rated it 10/10...

Amen! People value honesty on here and if something is cheap, clean and as described you're a lot more likely to get higher ratings.
And as far as dealing with the unfair reviews, the best thing you can do is keep grinding and let the good reviews speak for themselves!

It’s usually alternate vendor accounts trying to sabotage unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do.
Some vendors set limits like minimum number of buys to be able to purchase, to weed out any fake accounts. Over time it will average out and they will give up, if your product is genuinely worth the price try not to worry about it too much at the moment and maybe put out some cheaper samples or do a giveaway to get some more sales flowing?

I,d by some now if i wasnt broke atm and post a review . U can always send me a couple g tester if u want to and ill hit it for a full day and leave a review . But failing that ill have some in a couple of weeks . The pollen is fantastic . After a single . I made a mix and am smashing it through the bong right now . That is some quality smoke . And im a 47 yr old every day smoker morning till bed . Loved it all my life 🤘

Have you set a minimum buy limit for sales? Did you sell to anyone with no buys?

Looks a pretty rough ride starting as a vendor on here. Hope you get some more reviews in soon as they'll change the rating number pretty quickly. I can't comment on what that person got of course or why they were they upset but the bud in the other positive review looks decent enough and they describe the classic effects of a haze. I guess if you hold tight then the aggregation of several ratings from people will paint the true picture.
i dont see the complaint for £100 a z, the bud i saw in the good review looks ok to be fair obviously its not gonna be banging for that price but aslong as it smokes ok and tastes ok i think people cant really complain. id say just wait for some more reviews to come in so other people can try it for themselves :)
Don't worry about it too much, with budget items you'll get the occasional person acting in bad faith or expecting something stronger than they paid for. I think most experienced users are aware of this and the odd bad review won't put people off.

Don't let it dishearten you mate, 98% of this community are chill, fair and reasonable stoners. Your ratings will fly in, but you're gonna get arse holes who don't know how a rating between 1-10 actually works. Samples can be a good way to get your overall score up, as you're seeing with that Hash, which I've also ordered a sample of. If it's as good as the reviews say, I know it'll be popular.

Start with small units not kgs!
For sure, always best to start with small amounts. Especially nice to have a few tester samples on offer. Not many people will want to drop nearly $2k on a new seller even with money back protection.
LB has existed all this time because it’s basically PUP (Personal Use by Post) that the powers don’t really give a crap about. Start moving kilos and it becomes a wholesaling operation which is a different beast indeed….
Agreed. This place is pretty much geared toward personal users. Obviously wholesale quantities, especially if thats basically all you're offering doesn't really fit the vibe IMO. As Polly says it may make LB a target for enforcement. Leaving aside that, finding buyers on here willing to risk a 3oz Min order may be a challenge...

I agree with the others, testers to start (3.5g), then 28g 56g 100g 500g 1kg ... we buy small to start not jus to taste the product, but to check ur despatch times and especially the stealth .. also u wil need RM ndd and special delivery .. the thought of trusting RM standard with a kg is quite frightening 😎😎 g/luck + I look forward to doing business

If it seems good, I think you will have more willing to risk buying ozs.
I think this is really integral to the vendor experience on littlebiggy. Feedback=trust and you will struggle to get anybody willing to take a punt on a large quantity of unproven product.

It was to grab attention, not to hurt the feelings of people who take to much sensitivity into topics like this. No we’re obviously not going to just take over in the blink of an eye, it was just to gain some traction. Either way we’ve listen to what the people have said as it’s not our community and we’re freshys here, so we’ve listed up some smaller orde types for people to first try out👍. Again we wasn’t trying to offend anyone and was only meant to grab attention.
As Essemcee commented, it’s defo best to offer smaller samples for slightly cheaper if you’re willing. Another seller did that a few week ago, Donloco, and it went really well. They have some lovely flower. If you’d be willing to do a few samples for everyone here I’m sure myself and other would love to give it a go and get a feel for it. Good luck.

Yesterday enquiring when it was going to be shipped as it had been two days and hadn't been marked as sent, no reply. Again today letting them know I was cancelling order as received no response. Still heard nothing back, should of known better to buy from someone with no reviews wasn't expensive so thought it was worth a gamble

No update, to order or to wall to inform of processing and or any issues. You reassured me on the day that all was good. Now you haven't answered me on the wall or in pm, you haven't been on your page or done anything either to reassure anyone else and now you have been offline for 2 days. I and many others ordered this one week ago and this situation is getting to be a bit of a piss take. I understand that people get panicky and ping you a million messaged after ordering to make sure all is good. You don't have to answer every one. Just a blanket statement on the page would do. Anything so, if all is good and we just have to sit tight and be patient, or if it's fucked and we need to bail, so we know where we stand.

My Biggas - this is a 2nd account for me - I am a known long time user - I will not post this info from my main account as I do not want to get dragged in to this problem and get spammed/insulted/attacked/security compromised but....
Please be aware that there is, as of very recently, a serious security issue on LB. Looks like there is a user making purchases and actively informing on vendors.... at least one vendor has already had a lucky escape.
It seems that this user may also be spamming vendors/users heavily and as you will know, the message system on LB is slow and clumsy at best so with not too much effort a vendors mailbox is easily made into a complete mess that takes hours to sort out...
I think we all know who it is but we may be wrong.... I urge caution for older members when dealing with recently joined members. No ill intent to the newer users, some of you guys are way cool, but the lockdown has brought a very different crowd to LB.
I fear LB has changed for the worse forever and I do have hopes that the swathe of low quality users and their behaviours (trolling, insulting others, lack of respect for other users opinions, trashing vendors due to postal delays etc etc...) will go back to the streets when this is all over... the street is where that crap belongs, not here.
I have had several buys from Legacy and have not had a problem. I have received my first 3.5g from the flash sale but am outstanding a 7g that has been marked only as 'paid'.
I know there will be plenty of you who have run out of weed now and getting all hot headed and be jumping up and down that Legacy is a thief and yah yah yah but really?....
They are making a killing on here as ongoing vendor and they have a grow in progress - why in gods name would they do a bunk for a few hundred quid when they can clearly make that here week in, week out and are set up to do so pretty easily by the looks of it...
For those of you that live in your bedroom and are not connected in real life, you need to be aware that since Cornona hit, the police have a increased availability of resources that they don't usually have and there has been a massively increased police interference UK wide for commercial producers and importers of all drugs.
In my area alone in the last 3 months the big local teams have lost 5 large grow sites (over 6000 plants), had multiple couriers/drivers/gardeners arrested. There is huge surge in immediate follow ups from pulls/raids which is getting everyone from mid level dealers to users nicked all over the place....6 months ago the bill couldn't even follow up half the leads from a raid due to resources, now they got fuck all else to do...
Stop thinking about your petty qs and halfs for a minute lads ffs...it's buttons...if you really can't afford to lose £100 then what the fuck are you spending it on weed for? I know its frustrating but really...all thes people on here crying over 'ah I can't afford my life if this weed doesn't show up' oh get the fuck on - if you are that poor then you can't afford to take drugs. Sort your priorities out.
It's highly unusual that Legacy hasn't been online and anything could have happened but it just seems really odd that this comes in the wake of a certain someone appearing on this page and starting their reduced IQ behaviour again....

Nice comment. I'm a noob here but have been around the block a bit. We all know what this game is like. Risk what you can, pay a fair price to give others the incentive to take bigger risks. That's how it works. Like you, I'm more inclined to think problems rather than rip off.
i think its pretty obvious he didn't have the bud to fill all orders. he was online a few days ago conversing with said rat yet couldn't let paying customers know why orders were still not marked as sent when he had said previously that all had gone out.
Legacy clearly stated prior to sale that he did not have bud to fill pre-orders and that the orders were made on this understanding. It was very clear to the point that he did not even offer any idea what the strain would be.
Any vendors reading this thread will also be fully aware of the chaotic nature of the escrow release system that often makes it very hard/delayed to access funds and Legacy did say in the days prior to the sale he was having this issue.
I'm not excusing the lack of messaging/response by Legacy but this again, is very unusual for them.

I'm in the same boat, placed an order on the flash sale (not the pre-sale as I didn't want to have to wait, and specifically wanted Runtz, not a lucky dip). It's still not showing as sent and I've not had a response to my message. I think I did read that LUD is very busy at the moment and trying to get through messages, but I would really like to know what's happening. I've been disappointed the last few days waiting on the postman and have had to place an order with a different vendor last night as my current stash is nearly finished. Would really appreciate an update.
My 14 g from the midnight sale turned up today 5/6. Not sure what strain it is but looks and smells nice and is definitely overweight. I'm sure everyone will get what they paid for. Will comment again when I've sampled a bit!
Did your package have any writing on the box? Mine came through today (also midnight sale) with a note of apology for the delay but also, I think, the word glue?? I assume its Guava Gelato as is what I asked for and no ref to Runtz, but glue doesn't make much sesne either, haha. Anyway, it's 0.7g over and looks great, will report back once smoked some in a bit. Hold in there biggas, it's en route!
No writing on mine, after a taste and a bit of research I'm pretty sure I got Runtz and it is immense! I read on another post that they were getting pineapple and strawberry glues for the pre order . Maybe they ran out of gg and runtz hence the apology and little extra?

Damn gutted :( I can see runtz being one of those most wanted elusive buds that’s always gonna be there at arms reach just so you can see it but that’s about it!!! Oh well at least someone here is growing it, hopefully others will do so too. It was nice to see it at that price point.

I remember going down to Newquay for run to the sun festivals - in 99 we went down and a friend and I had an ounce between us of white rhino, my mate said you better appreciate this cus it was at a premium price and went to a lot of trouble to get it, man did I appreciate it. One of the most memorable years of my life, banging run to the sun festival and then went to Newquay later in the year for the total eclipse event. WOW!!! One of the best days ever the eclipse was. Nice I hope theyz magical beans and they all bloom into beautiful little ladies.

Hey Shed hope you’re well my brudda, haha!!!! No way that’s real mad and would agree if ya been down at RTTS over those years then we definitely have been in very close proximity 8) did you go down to the RTTS when Sasha and Digweed were headlining? Unfortunately we found out that Sasha had been double booked and so it was just Digweed on his own. Man that set he put on was biblical!!! I mean absolutely epic set, il never forget this, I came back from the toilet to the bar and found a place to wait to get served, I was watching to see where the bar staff were serving and then I felt someone bump into the back of me, only very slightly and I thought it was my mate tapping me up for a drink, I turned around expecting him there saying “get me a bud please” no it wasn’t him. It was Jon Digweed himself! I couldn’t believe it, he asked if I could get the attention of a bar man, just as that happened one of the barman saw him and came over to ask what he wanted. He told the barman “he’s first!” and pointed at me, WTF!!! I was gobsmaked!!! I ordered my drinks and turned around to him and started to chat with him, told him he’s a fave DJ and am always listening to him and Sasha, the barman comes back and I buy Diggers a bud pass it to him and say “your killing this set my man!” We shook hands and parted ways. I was buzzing my tits off that I’d met him and bought him a bud like that!

OMG!!! Just remembered a funny but at the time my heart nearly stopped! We had come back to the campsite after a mozey around the town and beach and decided it was time for a sesh and some tunes! We opened up the camper van, turned on some Bukem and sat in the awning and proceeded with building me joint. Couple of hours go by like nothing, the suns shining, blue skies, tunes are being smashed out (loudly too!!) mates chillin, cider flowing and weed blazing 8) couple of the lads go to piss, 2 go to the shop and my best mate and I are left at the van - we’re to stoned to move and most importantly can’t be arsed!!! Haha, the 2 that went for a piss come back, one is too out of it and goes to sleep in the van, the other grabs a tiney and sits with me and best mate, the 2 of us now begin to roll a couple of foot long joints so we can have 2 big fat ones to pass around and whoever wants to skin up as normal carry on, but you still gotta take your hits off of both joints!
One of us spot a police car driving around the site through the window but doesn’t say anything. The others come back from the shop with munchies! They say they saw the police car driving round a doing what looked to be random stops and we all like fuk sakes just piss off and let us party in private on our own! Anyway we thought that they’d left as we hadn’t seen them for a while, now we got Logical Progression 2 pumping out loud and it’s banging. It’s the first time my mates had heard that CD and they were loving it and it keeps getting turned up louder and louder. Next moment, I have never forgotten nor will I ever forget. 5 of us are sat in the awning toking away, me and me mate are still building these 2 widow maker joints, the tunes are pounding out, we listening to Global Underground 011 - Nick Warren. - Budapest and it’s pulsating through a pretty decent sounding setup my mans got set up. My man and I are taking our time on these big joints cus we keep being passed other joints and bongs, so what started off as a relatively straight forward task is now taking forever! My mans hitting the bong and I’m like I want this foot long lit up. The sesh is proper banging now we getting a few people round our pitch cus they were loving the tunes that where ripping up the area we in. I’m looking out to see the commotion of people through the awning window and I see everyone just scurry away like mad, it confused me why they all ran, I turned back to this beastie joint and I’m almost done, it’s all in, it’s packed tight just need to do the final roll and lick and destination fuked awaited! Just as I had the joint in both hands, starting to roll and tighten it all up, next thing you know we all hear what sounds like a walky talky and this copper makes his way through the awning door, my arse has just fallen out as I have this foot long joint to my tongue and a copper looking directly at me!!!!! I’m frozen in shock, my mates don’t know what to do, all our gears out on show, there’s joints burning and my man and me got 2 foot longs in hand. We’re fuked I know it. The copper then proceeds to say to us “alright lads, we see you’re having a good time, but could you turn the music down it’s a bit loud!” “Yes officer” one of us say and lower the volume. He then turns back around and exits as he say thank you and walks out. My heart is bumming my tonsils as I look around at us all sort of frozen in shock and not quite grasping how that just turned out!
We all were like WTF!!! Did that just happen? We were lucky cus fuk knows how we got away with it. Too many to police we thought but hey we where happy, free and stoned! 8)

Also think as may have been mentioned about bagging all the gear up. So I was like be courteous and let others ahead of me and then I’ll put in my order. Erm.... nope! Round 1 computer days no! Okay that sucks I really wanted runtz! man it’s one of those grail strains you hear about and it has all the benefits for medical use to. I knew I should of put that 14g order in earlier in the week it would have cost more but hey I’d probably have it by now and would be very high too. I can always keep hope that someday I can get hold of some of it to try. I could get the Cali version but it is pricey and being unemployed at the mo I just can’t pull the trigger just yet, if I was working I’d of had it a few weeks ago. Oh well ya live and ya learn even us OG’s are still learning tricks.

Ah man that sale was a bit of a sour one for me, I wanted to get 14g of runtz and then saw the post about the 14g’s only available for the preorder only and not runtz. Also think as may have been mentioned about bagging all the gear up. So I was like be courteous and let others ahead of me and then I’ll put in my order. Erm.... nope! Round 1 computer days no! Okay that sucks I really wanted runtz! man it’s one of those grail strains you hear about and it has all the benefits for medical use to. I knew I should of put that 14g order in earlier in the week it would have cost more but hey I’d probably have it by now and would be very high too. I can always keep hope that someday I can get hold of some of it to try. I could get the Cali version but it is pricey and being unemployed at the mo I just can’t pull the trigger just yet, if I was working I’d of had it a few weeks ago. I’m absolutely fuked today! Had no internet access hardly as we had it all stripped out so didn’t have chance to get on until I got home. That’s were things went south haha!!!! So you found the rhino aye?! Remember an entire trip to Dam basically ended up a safari with me and my mate wandering about asking in every cafe!! I'll keep you updated on those beans mate. Got my greenhouse going out this weekend so not sure I'll have enough of a veg window for this year but got some small lights inside that are being used for loads of auto's at the mo. Will 100% keep you updated. It was more about knowing the strain will be around just a little bit longer!

Oh man yeah when we had our first sesh in the 69 VW camper van we started at about 1:30in the afternoon on it and think I’d had about 4 joints and one of little Demi jugs of proper farmhouse scrumpy cider, having not eaten since we left at 4:30am I then proceeded to feel the effects of and had the sensation that I was gonna whitey it. Thankfully being in the camper van we just opened up the side door to let in the warm summer air, after a few minutes of feeling touch and go I managed to stave off splurging vomit everywhere although my mate did say that I’d gone a shade of white during the ordeal - I said so that’s why it’s called white rhino! We both laughed and skinned up again but I left a longer gap between joints as well as not drinking cider on an empty stomach while getting baked!!!

But if it was me oh man I’d be trying to get the best lights, extraction kits, etc to be home to some of those amazingly rare strains. Just go online and buy whatever strains for a quality genetics house and woohoo party away!!! I think I’d probably do some type of documentary on the grow like the seed to harvest vids, that’d be so much fun for sure but hey until the law changes a bit more she will continue to say no to me growing 8( you have a great hobby my man and look forward to speaking in the future for sure, but only if I can have first dibs on ya batch after yourself!!!! I’m currently waiting on an NDD, was expecting it yesterday but no sign today either- hopefully coming tomorrow (day 3) or Saturday I guess. I think RM are still doing Specials, Tracked etc on Sat.

Asked them the tracking number and ofc they didn't share with me for "security purposes", asked them to check the status and they replied that they cannot decrypt my address and that I should send them my country and post code, have done this (now I'm the one with "security purposes" problems because I've sent postal code and country in fucking plain text) just to be ignored, they have read the message and no reply.
Even if I'll receive the order, I'll not buy from them never again!

Yeah, I've stopped ordering from TGT due to their customer service and not disclosing tracking. Plus out of all the vendors, they seem to have the most postal problems.

I recently placed my first order with TGT and it arrived in 7days (outsode UK). Comms were slightly slow but I understand that they are busy and that it takes time but overall were really polite and helpful. I placed an ordee with RB the day layer and I'm still waiting on that, just random luck really. Package came in excellent quality from TGY and I was very happy. It'll turn up mate, the waiting game is just a balls!

Having exact same issues with them. Was marked as sent on 23.04. Think most of postal delays are in the UK, postal services working close to normal in Ireland. In fact, postmen are taking on extra work, checking on elderly/ doing newspaper deliveries and staggering delivery times to 4pm. What do other LBers think about paying for tracking, but then not being able to use it?

Hope it still shows up for you mate I have seen some people waiting 14days from varied vendors still getting first class show up so fingers crossed. I think all different post offices are running at different rates so maybe it’s just gone an unlucky route- keep us updated.
As an update, RM came today, delivered two 2nd class small packets FROM EBAY! (dispatched from separate sellers exactly 48hrs previously). That'll be 7 items, 3 of which 2nd class that have beaten my big biggy delivery. Not sure what to do, 21g is somewhere.

any experience with EU deliveries with RM/GLS? order from venfor here is tracked and RM tracking sayin order leaving UK and handed to delivery partner GLS but tracking shows nothing on their site. Stuck on this tracking update since 10thApril. today is 5thMay. cheers biggas.

Ordered 17/4, still no sign...don’t want to name Vendor as I’ve ordered before and had no issues, but I’ve contacted them and twice they said they would update me, but still haven’t and last 2 messages sent seem to be ignored...Completely understand that things are crazy at the moment RM delays and Vendors being up to their eyes trying to respond and chase packages, but where does this leave us, especially Vendors who ship at buyers risk!
Update: Vendor got in touch and offered a full refund or reship, this is one of the reasons I didn’t want to name them, I’ve ordered from them before and they were tops and I didn’t want undue stress for them, but I can’t praise them enough for their offer as I know it’s buyers risk!Honestly this community rebuilds my faith in humanity!
That does seem a long time, but hopefully it’s still on the way and got held up somewhere, hope you get it sorted. If a reputable vendor I’m sure they’ll be able to sort it eventually and if not go through escrow :)

I'm in the exact same boat myself but waiting since 23/04 on one order and 26/04 for another. Had other packages land within a week so my disappointment every day when the postie has nothing for me is immeasurable lol.
That’s the worst part for me is waiting, it’s like anxiety level 1000 I’d rather know that it’s gone than play the waiting game! I hope you get sorted soon, my vendor was 100% and offered a refund/reship so if all else fails I’m sure that’ll look after you :)

Good idea Lambsauce. I ordered with RB on 28/4, and it was sent the same day. Paid for EU tracked, so I was hoping they could keep me updated if it took longer to deliver. Unfortunately i still don't have the order, and they haven't even read the message I sent them a week ago. I really do hope that the parcel isn't hanging in a depot somewhere. Would really appreciate an answer from them...
I’ve got two orders into Central Europe - one despatched the 28th April the other on the 4th May (same vendor) and the 4th May ordered arrived yesterday but no sign of the other one! It’s been taking 3 weeks recently with other orders so unfortunately we have to be patient:(

So many variables atm in the UK. It kind of depends on which parts of the postal network it has to travel through. Packs I've been sending and receiving are all over the place e.g. two posted the same day, too the same person. 1 lands after 1 day, the other took 8 days. Sorting offices and delivery are all short staffed
