we need a way to compare shipping policies when browsing so we can compare offers better. this "regular customer" crap is unneeded with little biggy reputations, that's the whole point of this place.

Yes, it's a dumb move, this turns off so many people and the opportunity loss from that way exceeds the claims costs, especially with the escrow system in place.

We are just trying to reduce the potential for abuse of our system and save both parties time dealing with escrow - They are a necessary and appreciated part of LB community but its always easier keeping it party to party.

As we say we will take each matter on a case by case basis, it's not a personal or specific matter but a reflection of our general experiences and understanding of the site from our end.

It doesn't seem to have put off too many people but we can understand how T&C'S might come off with an abrubt or stern tone - just the nature of the format not our intention :)

I wonder is they use sniffer dogs- I know they keep an eye on packages from certain countries eg Holland and India. Has been in the news here that some bigger seizures have come from USA. Also, lately, that since pandemic 'deadly' birthday cake weed has been making its way from UK. Have a friend working for postal service, but not in sorting office- will see what I can find out, cheers. Menu looks great btw, look forward to ordering soon.

Due to some logistical difficulties beyond our control we will not be posting any orders from the 18th May to the 22nd May.

All orders placed after 18:00 this Friday (15th) will be dispatched the following Saturday (23rd) - we are doing daily post runs this week to try get as much off as possible before Friday 15th so get your orders in if times a factor!

Waiting a tracked EU order from TGT. (labeled as sent on 22.04).

Asked them the tracking number and ofc they didn't share with me for "security purposes", asked them to check the status and they replied that they cannot decrypt my address and that I should send them my country and post code, have done this (now I'm the one with "security purposes" problems because I've sent postal code and country in fucking plain text) just to be ignored, they have read the message and no reply.

Even if I'll receive the order, I'll not buy from them never again!

Yeah, I've stopped ordering from TGT due to their customer service and not disclosing tracking. Plus out of all the vendors, they seem to have the most postal problems.

They are the closest thing to a corporation on here, giving very little care for customer service.

Update regarding my order from TGT:

Today (05.05) I've received it! In total I've waited ~12 days (EU order).

I recently placed my first order with TGT and it arrived in 7days (outsode UK). Comms were slightly slow but I understand that they are busy and that it takes time but overall were really polite and helpful. I placed an ordee with RB the day layer and I'm still waiting on that, just random luck really. Package came in excellent quality from TGY and I was very happy. It'll turn up mate, the waiting game is just a balls!

Having exact same issues with them. Was marked as sent on 23.04. Think most of postal delays are in the UK, postal services working close to normal in Ireland. In fact, postmen are taking on extra work, checking on elderly/ doing newspaper deliveries and staggering delivery times to 4pm. What do other LBers think about paying for tracking, but then not being able to use it?

On another topic entirely, dealers here are using food delivery services to deliver drugs here (delivery guys double- jobbing)... wish i knew how to arrange this

Hey, RB doesn’t usually send out the codes- but are a solid reliable vendor with excellent stealth.

They will get back to you they normally log on early morning everyone/everything is just slammed at the moment.

How long have you been waiting? I have had a few from RB now, most next day, some 2 days. The one I’m currently awaiting is also an RB order so don’t worry :) I’m sure we will all get the goods soon.

I think RM are really starting to struggle now so we are seeing delays even with NDD.

No, he does not, but when you ask info about the order, he answers (sometimes after some hours, because is busy) and does not ignore you.

I'd say that RM are working fine, received a small package first class (non biggy related) that I ordered the previous day. BUT...

Candyland Cookies. 7 days and getting pretty worried, ordered a crappy backup order from separate seller the next day which arrived 3 days ago.

Tons of immaculate reviews are saying no more than 4 days wait time. Gutting because I ordered as soon as it came on the site. Seems strange everything else has got through, no probs my end. There's no explaining it as the seller doesn't open your messages, sad because my messages are nice and asking for reassurance so I can make another order.

Hope it still shows up for you mate I have seen some people waiting 14days from varied vendors still getting first class show up so fingers crossed. I think all different post offices are running at different rates so maybe it’s just gone an unlucky route- keep us updated.

As an update, RM came today, delivered two 2nd class small packets FROM EBAY! (dispatched from separate sellers exactly 48hrs previously). That'll be 7 items, 3 of which 2nd class that have beaten my big biggy delivery. Not sure what to do, 21g is somewhere.

Ordered 17/4, still no sign...don’t want to name Vendor as I’ve ordered before and had no issues, but I’ve contacted them and twice they said they would update me, but still haven’t and last 2 messages sent seem to be ignored...Completely understand that things are crazy at the moment RM delays and Vendors being up to their eyes trying to respond and chase packages, but where does this leave us, especially Vendors who ship at buyers risk!

Update: Vendor got in touch and offered a full refund or reship, this is one of the reasons I didn’t want to name them, I’ve ordered from them before and they were tops and I didn’t want undue stress for them, but I can’t praise them enough for their offer as I know it’s buyers risk!Honestly this community rebuilds my faith in humanity!

I'm in the exact same boat myself but waiting since 23/04 on one order and 26/04 for another. Had other packages land within a week so my disappointment every day when the postie has nothing for me is immeasurable lol.

That’s the worst part for me is waiting, it’s like anxiety level 1000 I’d rather know that it’s gone than play the waiting game! I hope you get sorted soon, my vendor was 100% and offered a refund/reship so if all else fails I’m sure that’ll look after you :)

I’ve got two orders into Central Europe - one despatched the 28th April the other on the 4th May (same vendor) and the 4th May ordered arrived yesterday but no sign of the other one! It’s been taking 3 weeks recently with other orders so unfortunately we have to be patient:(

I'm waiting on some Thai. Have been for 2 weeks now. I'm keeping the faith as, so far in my short time in here, I have found the vendors to be good communicators and reliable.

So many variables atm in the UK. It kind of depends on which parts of the postal network it has to travel through. Packs I've been sending and receiving are all over the place e.g. two posted the same day, too the same person. 1 lands after 1 day, the other took 8 days. Sorting offices and delivery are all short staffed
Just try and be patient guys, we are all dealing with the same frustration

Wow what a “divine” menu!
That’s a pretty damn good line up you got there considering the lockdown! Good job guys, I know a few items on there so think I will be dipping my toes in for some of the Cali & Canadian. I want to run a comparison between some UK bud that I have that imo is better Cali. Also I have some Canadian on route so thought it would be fun to run a little weed experiment!
Essentially, it’s going to be premium bud that is top draw from UK, Dutch, Cali & Canadian all pitted against each other to see which one is best that day.
Simple really, but Gods Connect which strain would you recommend for each nation? I like the look of the white runtz I live zkittles & gelato so this in theory should be right up my street. The zushi also peaks my interest, both look to stand up proud for Cali.
Now the Canadian, I have some enroute but I did like the sound of the three strains you have here. Which one of the 3 would you rate best - a little guidance on these 3 Canadian would be appreciated.
