Why do vendors lie when you literally have evidence? I made an order and requested what strains I wanted and been sent random ones instead. Message the vendor and they say nah you didn’t, make out your lying and have a go because you left a review to reflect this? Dr distallate has done this twice out of theee orders now, I requested before paying line he told me and you can see, but he says I didn’t. What would you do? One of items which is 2.5 of the 5g is something you won’t use? Why do they get to do as they please then lie and make out like it’s your fault? This place is actually terrible for sellers doing as they please.

Misunderstandings are frustrating but as the vendor states you need to add your choices to the Order chat thread. You have added your choices to a chat titled “mix & match” not your “order#etc” chat. The vendor has calmly explained why this has caused confusion yet you have called them a liar. My response would have been different.

Can’t catch a break with buying extracts. Firstly one that entirely blocks up and crystallises on a rig then whatever tf this is meant to be? Reclaim? Dunno but it’s impossible to use it work with. What’s wrong with these people?

I dont understand why is there that parchment paper. Or whatever is it. Also it looks really weird - almost same like grinder kief pressed at high temperature - dark color, glue like consistency etc. In mine 10 years experience i never received anything like this. But yes, i pressed before a lot of 150um dry sift or kief and thats how it looked like. Like second press at 95C.

It’s got the texture of reclaim, that they’ve pressed into paper and it’s half melted again underneath. Smells like disinfectant too

no hate TGD, but how is that not your product? I clicked on Gelato Wax, opened picture and it is there, also 320days back is review with "similar" product and jar - parchment packaging.

And i think second one dispute is with Fire Extracts and their "contaminated badda". Atleast 4 people screamed after their vape was fulfilled with shitty white lines and crystals.

We are dealing with hundreds of customers a week and are really on the ball with issues but threatens won't help.

And our jar have sticker on after packed. Dont see them on else they took them off.

I assume you using parchment because its too oily consistency to be stable positioned in jar?

But truth is i never see any extracts like this.

It just not look good even if its fire. Sticky consistency can be fixed via freezer.

But thats only my modest opinion on this one on picture.

Not 3 but 4 and yes they were all the same. I didn’t even get the one I paid for, received 2 tubs of goo of another. Why did I receive 4 pots? To make up for how bad it is? I paid for 2

No one is saying it's harmful.
The issue the customer has said is it's stuck to the paper and hard to remove off. Which we are not in disagreement.
There was an agreement with us and customer for refund but customer wanted to threaten us 🙄 so for that reason only borg will deal with it.

We have over 22k reviews not 1 dispute because we will always sort it if there a issue.
But not letting people threaten us after we give extra jar on house plus been really reasonable.

Happy to refund almost instantly so he knows it’s 💩 said refund in 2 days, I ask 2 days later where the refund is and get ignored now all that drama cause I want my money back for stuff that was instantly binned. It’s actually awful 🤢 the smell alone had me worried, then when I eventually got the lid off to that? Wasn’t even wasting my time trying to save it, or possibly damaging my rig!

In all honesty, between the gentleman dealers and fire extracts, I’m quite put off trying new vendors at all. There’s a couple that have been okay, one was good. Dunno how they get the reviews they have for this when it’s so bad. Tgd said no point replacing it because it’ll all be the same, but still has it up for sale and didn’t deny it when I stated I think it’s reclaim

Try Dr Distillate. All good, price, stealth, shipping time, comms. He has really potent shatter and live resin. Melts clear, nice flavor / taste. Strong high. It perfectly describes premium concentrates! Also bigger haul before Xmas arrived earlier i expected and i received a little over weight! I can recommend him

Firstly we sent this customer an extra tub on house because we never had the flavour they wanted. Can all 3 really be bad ??? But still agreed to give refund on 26th Dec. But they started to threaten us etc.

We have never ripped NO 1 off on here. If a product is not right we always sort an agreement with customer or replace product. Our reviews talk for us.

Hey guys, been going down the rabbit hole recently and it seems there are many cases of CHS popping up in the US. Mainly in locations where the green has been legalized

I wanted to find out more about people's personal experiences. I'd never heard of this condition, but as a daily smoker it's very concerning. I assume we're not really at risk unless you're one of those dusk-dawn stoners and puffing exclusively on d9 but it'd be reassuring to hear some stories from fellow biggas.

TL;DR - A condition called CHS has been appearing in heavy users, where it causes nausea and vomiting alongside loss of appetite for months. There are precursors but once hitting the threshold, the only way to recover is to never touch weed again. And that would be devastating to me.

On the other hand, this could be total BS. Big tobacco/alcohol/pharma have all been taking aim at the cannabis industry as of recent (due to declining sales) and have been very visibly fear mongering, ie releasing articles about "scromiting" to get people scared and riled up. CHS could be their own fabrication for all we know.

It's a known rare condition. Key point is rare.
Honestly, most people will be fine with it.
Myself - the only time I have felt sick from a cannabinoid was when my friend gave me a THCP vape.

It'll probably be the heavy metals like arsenic making people sick really I'd put money on it. Plants absorb them for fun and the US is a wasteland. No regulation on what levels can be in weed.
