Were you logged in to your account? Find the transaction page and it'll give you an option to link your account to the order, if that's the case.

I have the bitcoin conformation transfer

You can transfer and make payments without being logged in.
It's happened to me, placed an order, next day went to check and no trace, checked my web history and brought up the transaction page and can see I wasn't logged in, there is then an option to link the order with an account.

It's not showing an order at all ... like I've just paid on a phantom order ... a glitch..

I've had the same issue, it's been 10 hours since I paid and it's been confirmed but hasn't gone through. I don't have a solution but you're not the only one having this issue

Not sure if still relevant but there's 2 options:
1) Find the transaxe link in your history and as mentioned, it should permit you to link the order to your account once logged in
2) Message the vendor directly. They can see when orders come through without a linked account, so if you know the details of the order they can probably confirm for you
