He always did what was reasonable to expect and often went past that.

Yep vendors get some pretty special options. Some even do a 420 advent calendar. Just order in plenty of time as there's always issues with post and missing parcels. May be prudent to stick with your regular vendors and using registered or tracked delivery

All relevant info has been supplied for them to look into where this £300 order is?
On one previous order they had completely forgot to post it… so u can’t rule this out at this stage.
The frustrating bit is the communication from them and not having the funds to just do another and then wait the 2-3 weeks for the refund.

With this vendor it gets posted within hours usually and arrives in 24hrs—-ALWAYS. Like every time. So I have confidence they’ve posted it— but it’s not come.

9 days after its marked as sent until you can open a dispute, then 2 weeks for the dispute to run its course providing the seller hasn't settled it willingly AND providing it goes in your way.

PS. 3 days isnt enough time to declare it as lost.
