Guten Tag,
we are a relatively new vendor on LB and still trying to find our way around.
So there is this guy that ordered from us, and we sent out the order according to our terms, on time.
The carrier was really slow this time so the order did not arrive at the destination, at the right time, because the recieving end was only there for a short period of time.
We told the customer we would refund 100% because he told us he would leave a negative review and a dispute on our account, but we were told by transaxe support that we should not send the funds back directly from our wallet to his.
How can we settle the dispute and close the issue even though we did everything accordingly?
