Msgd like 3 times in one day and before me responding claims I am ignoring on purpose
I reassured them that we will locate tracker as soon as possible as we have to get the receipt from post office
And that we don’t provide trackers for vendor saftey
Product and price is spot on how do I deal with a customer who’s wound up? Leading to a bad experience
Often humans can be quite agigtated and forget to see the clearer picture or any positives
We told the customer that we did not scam them as they accused us of and that regardless their funds are protected by transaxe
Well we hope to have the tracker today but if we don’t have the one for that specific date of postage then we will have to wait for Monday
We do understand the concern of this customer
But we’re doing quite well here and we’re not going to scam anyone even if it is an order of 56g of the gold pollen
We reassured customer again and told him to stop being rude
We’re here to provide a smooth business and these things can happen
I myself bought a phone recently from a marketplace and item arrived late I didn’t not have a go at the seller as I know I was regardless protected by the market place
It’s very annoying to deal with this type of attitude
If it’s not clear enough cannabis is still illegal and to ship these items is a crime
So yes we’re not going to provide trackers to ruin our anonymity
Just because maybe nobody taught you patience and how to deal with somewhat stressful situation
Atleast give us a chance to reply dude or liase with us instead of screaming and shouting like a child
