An issue I've never had before

So I made a payment over 48 hours ago yet order still showing as unpaid. I paid at 9am in the morning and I was surprised to log in in the afternoon and see the order still showing as unpaid, when I clicked the pay now button I got this message "We're sorry but something really bizarre has gone wrong. Our technicians are on the trail and will fix the problem soon." In the evening this message disappeared and it said paid as normal (see screenshot) , however the order is still unpaid. I've reached out to transaxe support but no reply (I know they can take a while) but obviously the order will cancel if not resolved in the next 24 hours so I'm now worried my coin is gone. Doesn't help that this was supposed to be a tide me over till payday smoke either. I've had 100 orders without issues but this has really put me off tbh.

Message a borg idk who is the specific borg to help you but it's not on the vendor I've had people message me similar things in the past

It's not on you or the vendor crypto plays up time to time

Also your money is insured so don't sweat it too much

Hi mate thanks for the reply. I know it's not on the vendor and have contacted transaxe support - just poor timing and obvs a bit worrying going forwards that this can happen. Fingers crossed I hear back from the borg.

I'm hoping that they work it out for you. I have not seen anyone post a problem like this in the past too. Have you tried reaching out to the vendor to see what it says their end, whilst you are waiting for a reply from Transaxe?

Thanks for the reply. I did raise it with the vendor they just said - "nothing come through our end you need to reach out to transaxe support to resolve this" - transaxe support have seen my messages but not responded yet so fingers crossed it can be sorted, just a bit worrying to know the coin can go down a black hole like this.

Either ways it won't go down a black hole like you're saying it would. It literally says escrow insured payment in your screenshot. If order cancel automatically you will get a refund.

Thanks for the reply. If the order is still showing as unpaid on the order page then it's not the same as an unsent order which you'd get an auto refund for as it looks like I haven't paid when I have. It still could be a black hole as nobody has been able to tell me what will happen yet.

They don't give updates. They just do the detective work and get the bitcoins where they're supposed to go. If there are a lot of cases to go through like there is right now, it takes a lot of time. You may even have to resend the information if it takes them too long to get to your case, but eventually they take care of everyone in the order that they received the messages.

It's longer than you think it should be. I've had to sort out orders that I made while not logged in, and they always get it done. As long as you get the information to them WHILE YOU'RE LOGGED IN, they'll get back to you.

Hi my order says paid on the payment processing page but remains unpaid on my orders. How can this be fixed?

It'll be resolved when the payment hits 1 of 4 confirmations, and then it'll change to confirmed. It makes a pleasant ping if you go onto the page just after that happens. 'Paid' in the processing page just means the sent transaction has been seen, after confirmation your order will change to Paid.

Incase anyone sees this it stayed unpaid on orders page until 7am after payment page said paid at 10pm. It needed over 20 confirmations but did go though.

I believe I have to give advance warning of any movement of the amp to seismologists in a three hundred mile radius of the amp itself, just incase it was dropped while moving and they mistake it for a seismic event and I can't seem to find a phone number for them
