TGT are great when you get your order as expected, if you don’t then expect a no show from them until you raise a dispute. Seriously bad comms…but some of the older vendors are more like this, guess they don’t want to risk losing money and are happy to wait full duration until you can raise dispute. But given you are the customer and paid your money I find this type of approach unacceptable. I mean even a message saying this is how they deal with dispute is at least letting the customer know where you stand……and for anyone reading this…IF YOU DONT GET YOUR ORDER AS EXPECTED EXPECT TO WAIT UNTIL U CAN DISPUTE (9 days) before they respond or take any action….I know it’s shit, or you could try another vendor instead
