If the order isn’t marked as sent within 3 days it will auto-cancel and your coin will be returned to your wallet by transaxe.

If he marked it as sent but didn’t send it (naughty!) then he could instruct transaxe to refund you. You can dispute via your order page from Day 9 when the Dispute link appears. Do this in any event if you have not received your coin by day 9.

He’s wrong to do that- Sent means Sent not “going to send unless something happens to stop me sending” that’s just bollocks.

As I said above either he instructs transaxe to refund you (which if he is being ‘amicable’ he should already have done) or you dispute on day 9, don’t be persuaded to delay.

I believe it was an honest accident. RealD for aslong as I have used him he's been sound and really nice guy. I really doubt it was an intentional shady moment.

No don’t worry mate I won’t be persuaded he just said that something happened after he actually hit the send button that’s out of his control. So the second I can lodge an action to get my money back I will but as far as I see it! There is nothing I can do now except wait and I’m 150 dollars out of pocket and that’s a lot of money to me at the moment

Yeah there’s no instant refund in those circumstances, you’ve been a bit stitched up by him pressing sent before he’s sent it. Your coin is protected but he should have told transaxe that he cocked it up and to refund you.
I’d advise a change of vendor when you get your coin back😉👍

I’m currently talking to them about an issue but they haven’t been online in over 24 hours…

I made a similar mistake - sent funds to the wrong BTC address somehow - I only use LB for crypto so when I spoke to Transaxe on here I told them it must be an account linked to LB (must have got the wrong address from an old open browser or screenshot)
Anyway, it took about three weeks and I did get my money back - in Bitcoin.
Took me a few days to sort out a wallet - ended up using Blockchain, which allowed me a wallet address (Transaxe will only send to certain types of addresses)
I now use it for all my orders one here!

(Word of warning - when you first buy BTC from Blockchain, you have to wait 3 days to use it - bit of a pain, but I’m getting a lot less issues with my bank blocking Bitcoin purchases with Blockchain than I was through Bittylicious and Switchere.)

Persevere with Transaxe - they sometimes don’t log in for 2-3 days so it is a long and frustrating process.

I don’t appreciate RM being on strike. Back in September,waited 8 days for a delivery for my wife who has ME. Seems they expect a pay rise coz they worked through covid. So did I and all I got was a £10 Argos voucher. If they can’t guarantee delivery as stated, it should be free. Sooner RM goes bust the better.

It's not because of work during Covid. They just don't want pay cut due to inflation like other striking. Yeah I get it, its inconvenient but if it wasn't, strikes would make no sense.. that's whole point, it need to make impact in order to influence change. Also, vendors here should have an option for fast delivery with extra $$ if customer is willing to pay.

I ordered from cannapharm over three weeks ago. Nothing. No tracking number. No advice other than wait. I paid for 24hr delivery and they won’t give me the tracking number. Very annoyed.

Ordered on 21 nov, still not recieved 1st class packages.
We even have lost business's on LB who most probably ran their business using royal mail.

I had this issue a few weeks back after a 2 day strike. Package sat at Greenford for 3 days until I messaged their help desk stating it was stuck at an office and was shipped the next day

Good work Ninja but try not to call them as it could cause problems for the sender as they will ask questions like whats the name of the sender etc which u will never know and it could cause a ripple effect.

Also explore all possibilities like your out house, next door neighbor where it may of been left look for card on door mat etc.

Yes because it is building up and like when a sink gets blocked it needs to be fixed first until all these problems stop it's that simple plus mother nature is not helping with snow and ice.

And also add into the equation that there are alot of temps on 0-hour contracts who don't give a fuck and are rifling as they are brought in as seasonal workers this time of year in sorting depots and are also at it.

All of these factors combined lead to one big fuck up!

I have a theory that if you order just before a strike day your pack will sit at a depot but gets buried under all the backlogged mail that comes through after the strike day. Posties and sorters aren’t going to pick from the bottom of the pile meaning if you order after a strike day that pack is probably going to come through before the pack ordered before the strike day, if that makes sense.

There is just no way of catching up on the back log after strike days. Add on Xmas volumes, reduced staff and far fewer seasonal workers and according to my Postie (who is a superstar) it would take until the NY to get out everything currently stacked even if there were no more strike days…😱😱

I think we need to give him the benefit of the doubt here. Many many happy customers, myself included. I hope he is safe and well and just laying low but it’s not looking good.

He WAS one of the most reliable vendors on here, although I doubt he'll be able to sell on this account again. It's a shame people are left without their orders, and it's also a shame we've lost a top vendor. Hopefully everyone gets their funds back

I’m not sure I understand the question. Transaxe generates a new address for every transaction, and manages payment to vendors itself. You can’t use the address twice as far as I’m aware.

Hey polly , my problem was I deleted the open page with the transaxe code to pay the vendor so could not complete the order but there is a option in green to press to generate a new one
