This is a really complex question.

Trans fats are an obvious no no. Those occur naturally and in manmade products (hydrogenated fats).

But many vegetable oils (oilseed rape, peanut, sunflower, olive) etc are contaminated with aflatoxins produced by fungi that can cause liver cancer. Similarly, vegetable oils can contain Benzo(a)pyrene after you cook them.

The most healthy fats are unsaturated fats.

But we are all going to die at some point anyway so invest your health in what you love.

Sadly not true. Frying stuff in Extra virgin is a no no. It has a low burning point and lots of stuff in it to burn - carbonising stuff = carcinogen.

Coconut oil is great, but it's full of saturated fat. Jury is still out about how bad that is.

Ideally I fry in groundnut, as it has the highest burning point (which is why a lot of chinese food recommends it).

But as I said elsewhere, you choose how you invest your health. I invest mine in eating delicious food.

Regarding coconut oil, there was a bbc documentary that showed coconut oil was medium CT and so reduced LDL . Obviously too much is a bad thing but I do think it’s a good oil, not to mention the brain benefits of MCT’s

I think that, with the exclusion of tainted oils and trans fats, the "good oils/bad oils" thing is a bit simplistic.

Eat what you love, in moderate amounts, exercise a lot. Eat more veg.

Frying in nice oil is a waste of money. While it may have a low flash point. That flash point is still going to be lower than what you're cooking at. I'd argue that teflon coated pans most people have are more carcinogenic than whatever fats people float in them.

Longer time for delivery, prices were rising, especially hash was very rare and expensive for a few months

I've not done to many orders off here before only 11 so far just wondering how long is the longest you've had to wait before receiving an order.

Only asking because I placed a couple orders (both first class) with two different trusted vendors (So I know it's not on their end) and neither have arrived yet both posted 10 days ago and they're usually here next day for me so I'm thinking the postie might have been a bit of a cheeky bastard lol or I might just be being overly pessimistic.

But tbf the Royal Mail can be proper shit so they're probably just taking the piss to deliver.

The longest one of our 1st class packages have taken is 4 weeks and 6 days. That was last year.

We've noticed as of late though our 1st class is landing within 2 days where some of our signed for and NDD are seeing delays again for whatever reason.

Going off Royal Mails twitter they are in complete mess all over the country again at the moment!

The longest first class took about 7 weeks if I remember correctly. Eventually got a refund, then it turned up a couple of weeks later along with it's replacement a week or so after that. First class stamp ones are the lowest priority these days. After all other deliveries get handled, then they get to the first class, which sometimes can be many weeks.

As long sending/selling is illegal I don't really think that will be impacted. Maybe only delays. But might also be a benefit, because customs will be to busy checking other sh!t.

Well there are customs of course but there will be no free trade agreement anymore. So that mean tariffs and custom need to check if those are paid. My logic was that most vendors here LB will send their goods as personal post. It would be my guess that customs is to busy to check the commercial Packages/freight. But I could be wrong of course :-)

I had ordered some carts from a legal shop in Canada (though obviously not legal to send them to the U.K. !) and they had to declare what they were sending and the cost (they labelled as food flavourings) - I guess the issue could be if there is no declaration it could be seized or opened to identify what has been sent. Until this shitsham of a government sort things out we don’t know what will be expected :(

Any U.K. seller to the EU will have to fill in a declaration slip and attach it to the package. They can declare it’s a gift but they have to put what it is (so the stealth needs to feel like what it is declaring!) and they have to put a sending address (fake is ok). If this is missing then it’s likely to be returned or opened so they can assess what it is which isn’t obviously isn’t ideal seeing as it’s got your address on the front.

Apprently BCA have been restricted for some reason, and i can only assume this is due to people asserting it is a scam. This is one of 2 things:

1) Orders taking longer to arrive than most vendors and people thinking they have been scammed. To this is say they state clearly it will take a little while to arrive. Be patient, its worth it. However given their reviews it doesnt seem many legit customers have had any issue which brings me to theory 2:

2) Other vendors are creating fake profiles to spread disinformation as they see BCA as a threat. To them i say if you want to compete stop ripping the arse out of the prices. Dont get me wrong the quality of all bud i have received from LB has been top end, however BCAs is probably the best i have had, and at the lowest prices. It drives a competitive market on here which some people don't want.

Also local UK vendors - you will still get business from people who need their weed ASAP, and from those who buy smaller bits (which is all alot of vendors sell), so once again i say GIVE BCA A BREAK!

There were posts on their page, which appears to have now been restricted for some reason unknown to them or us. Think they have been accused of scamming and LB have restricted the page, hopefully only while they investigate, as any investigation will show this is a legit vendor.

Disappointing to see.i messaged them to try set up a smaller order as I don't like ordering above 14g in one parcel due to Irish laws and customs.offered to order 28g for 2 separate parcels,gave them a choice of flower,hash or dust/shake and to pay in advance knowing that they don't give out a tracking number except to escrow and pay double for postage.they wouldn't do it.surely a scammer would have bit my hand off for my Bitcoin?was over a week ago before whatever happened !
