RB doesnt usually work the weekend so likely it went out today

Thats correct bro i try relax on weekend best i can and this weekend was long due to Easter and came back to over 200 messages after answering 100 day before.

ATM tho stock is going so quick it is crazy so please all bear with us and we doing all we can with more stock and better choice as always.

Firstly thanks to all those that have our back and still trust us.............

We are so so busy but we are coping. Everything is fine, on schedule, odd orders (<5%) have been sent 24 hours late. This is due to us partly but reason is so many parcels PO doesn't have tome to process them all.
Also we did run out of birthday cake grade b but sent an a grade(25% more expensive) in substitue....................
First class signed has been little slow for a few we have seen take 8 days. NDD is better with far less if any delays.
Lastly messages, i have to say we are bombarded with messages. Many unfortunately pretty pointless, example here, first message reads - my parcel hasn't arrived today i ordered ndd have you got the ref, second order reads - still not here did you send it, third message - sorry just landed. LOL These are sent all within few hours of each other. So i ask plz be patient to everyone, remember we are in lockdown due to corona (everything is slower than normal) and give it 24 hours at least before you ask did i send and remember if you order after 2am it goes the day after.
Any important unanswered messages plz drop me another message(sorry)and rest assured you are and always will be in safest of hands and we appreciate your custom and the 'society' here a a whole..................

Ahhhhhhh....I was thinking I had got super, super lucky with my bit of b-grade birthday cake!! Nearly all gone and not had a single seed, I thought all my luck had come at once on that one...thanks RB, really appreciate that and as always - thanks for the top service that comes as standard with you.

I think LB has been flooded with new users since lockdown and until you have had the RB experience a few times you don't know yet to just sit back and chill...

I ordered NDD on Tuesday, hasn't arrived........I also ordered two other items from other sellers with NDD two days after which have arrived.........

Do you have the tracking number radar breeder? Just concerned after receiving NDD parcels from others but not you.

I've just received NDD from other purchases from different sellers, even on radars reviews people are reporting receiving their NDD's on time.

I have not been able to access like normal since Thursday. Just accessed now via here which i never have before. I have processed all orders which you will see just marked sent now (5.30am Sunday morning) and will reply to messages soon but hopefully Society is back on so i can access normally again but at least i can access here so all good for now.

Yeah mine came today as well so 3 working days in all NDD tracked, that's pretty good going in these hard times, the bud is quality as always, Just unlucky wasnt we, got stung by Easter bank holiday, i bloody knew i would be as well haha that feeling when you see the postman piss off without your package is a true kick in the nads

Actually double checking, its only customer service points that are closing on Wednesday's not the actual delivery's so will probably be tmoz. No problem though, i know RBs good coz he sorted one out that went wrong for me when i first joined so defo no need to panic. Stay safe mate!

I ordered Thursday next day as well bro, mine hasn't come, remember they dont work Easter Friday or Monday and there's no post tmoz now either, so will be Thursday for both of us hopefully, RB is all good though mate dont get worrying. He will sort it out even if the worst occurred, which i doubt

Hey folks, quick update, ordered April 3rd, Euro standard to Eire, delays due to Bank holiday and covid but my delivery arrived today, absolutely chuffed, Thanks RB :) postal service causing the delays, don't worry it will arrive!!

I ordered some stuff last Tuesday 1st class but still haven't had it, the post is just fucked up big time atm, not the vendors fault.

Nothing at all to do with RB, just a general point about the post... It seems post being dropped off into postboxes is the issue right now, those postboxes are being checked in some cases every 4 days so you might be waiting at the door for the postman and your shit is still sitting exactly where it was dropped off, this is the issue, if you take it into a post office and hand it over it’s being taken daily, putting stamps on an envelope and putting it into a random postbox for stealth isn’t a solution right now vendors...

I ordered some GSC last week Weds, it was shipped NDD on thurs and I got it on Tuesday along with a backlog of post - RM are just rammed, it'll get there and you can relax, and then relax a little more ;)

I ordered on the 12th April but nothing yet either.
