How did u do the privnote? I have it and paste it on 1st line off address but it asks for the other lines to be filled in? Nedd to do b4 2pm!!

If the address is filled in in the priv note then just add any old nonsense on the order screen such as 18 privnote road, privnoteville, AS48 OV3

I ordered a hq of zushi from gods connect but never received it then never received the reship of candyland that was agreed when placing another order that turned out to be poor was damp when it arrived was told it was shipped after telling them I hadn’t received it but no reply!!! So I don’t really have any trust in them anymore which is annoying as they always have cali which I would like to try never had any issues with any other vendor since joining little biggy always received my orders

I had some biskitz couple of months ago.. V nice, slightly on the moist side as some packet cali can be, but tasted great and is legit cali

Mine was horrendous due to peak covid postal problems, normally they are a 4-5 days to south east

And far as I can tell round here all RM running smooth, all NDDs from 3 different vendors in the last week have landed within 2 days

It is better! Due to being away in next few days, I needed a guarantee on delivery, which they don't offer. That was my concern, will try some at some point tho!!

We have replied to you and kept you in the loop the entire way since you ordered - as is clearly stated on our menu and notices, we have been off this week and as such did not reply to you from Wednesday. Our apologies but we don't understand how a 3 day delay is fobbing you off or ignoring you........

We are super busy right now trying to make our page an easier and more accesible experience for everyone, we do try to catch every message but we handle upwards of 60 messages and 40 orders a day so some will inevitably slip past us.

We have also been very clear that we are extremely heavily affected by postal delays right now due to our location and the number of sorting offices that are at running practically at a standstill around us.

This is a testing and troubling time for all of us and we can assure you, you are not the only person to face delays - just the only one who thought it necessary to slander us here.......

Certain orders are taking up to 30 days to land at the moment - we have even sent reships only to be told that both the original and the reship landed in the same week, which should give you an idea of the strange unpredictability of the postal service at the moment.

We don't offer NDD or tracked//traced for secutity and safety reasons, and as such you should have known that there was potential for these kind of delays - there are plenty of threads on LB and elswhere talking about how RM are prioritising mail and 1st Class Large is going to the bottom of the pile, further our own T&Cs are very clear about the (small) potential of it being lost in transit.

We apologies for the wait and for the lapse in comms this week but it hardly warrants this kind of response - we have been upfront and very accomidating throughout.

Obviously we would rather your order landed inside a week like the vast majority of our satisfied customers but it seems you were unfortunate in this situation.

Let us know when it lands, it always does.

Everyone has the right to share their experience when buying from sellers surely? Since I placed the order with you I’ve managed to receive 4 orders from other vendors who use the exact same Royal Mail Service. Enough said on the subject, my business has gone and will continue to go to the LB sellers who go the extra mile to please their customers. Take care and stay safe.

Firstly thanks to all those that have our back and still trust us.............

We are so so busy but we are coping. Everything is fine, on schedule, odd orders (<5%) have been sent 24 hours late. This is due to us partly but reason is so many parcels PO doesn't have tome to process them all.
Also we did run out of birthday cake grade b but sent an a grade(25% more expensive) in substitue....................
First class signed has been little slow for a few we have seen take 8 days. NDD is better with far less if any delays.
Lastly messages, i have to say we are bombarded with messages. Many unfortunately pretty pointless, example here, first message reads - my parcel hasn't arrived today i ordered ndd have you got the ref, second order reads - still not here did you send it, third message - sorry just landed. LOL These are sent all within few hours of each other. So i ask plz be patient to everyone, remember we are in lockdown due to corona (everything is slower than normal) and give it 24 hours at least before you ask did i send and remember if you order after 2am it goes the day after.
Any important unanswered messages plz drop me another message(sorry)and rest assured you are and always will be in safest of hands and we appreciate your custom and the 'society' here a a whole..................

Ahhhhhhh....I was thinking I had got super, super lucky with my bit of b-grade birthday cake!! I have not been able to access like normal since Thursday. Just accessed now via here which i never have before. I have processed all orders which you will see just marked sent now (5.30am Sunday morning) and will reply to messages soon but hopefully Society is back on so i can access normally again but at least i can access here so all good for now.

I ordered Thursday next day as well bro, mine hasn't come, remember they dont work Easter Friday or Monday and there's no post tmoz now either, so will be Thursday for both of us hopefully, RB is all good though mate dont get worrying. He will sort it out even if the worst occurred, which i doubt

Hey folks, quick update, ordered April 3rd, Euro standard to Eire, delays due to Bank holiday and covid but my delivery arrived today, absolutely chuffed, Thanks RB :) postal service causing the delays, don't worry it will arrive!!

My order has arrived today, which is great, obviously they just wasn’t working over the bank holiday weekend and sent it yesterday. So if any of you still waiting it’ll come at least RB is operating fine?? I’d also recommend paying the extra for NDD so RM have to deliver it asap otherwise you could be waiting days for normal parcel

Yeh I said that to the person below. That’s why I paid NDD because RM have to deliver the next working day by 9PM still otherwise you’ll most likely have delays with normal mail. I just thought they’d message me back or something to assure me or let me know it’s been sent or when it is

Nothing at all to do with RB, just a general point about the post... It seems post being dropped off into postboxes is the issue right now, those postboxes are being checked in some cases every 4 days so you might be waiting at the door for the postman and your shit is still sitting exactly where it was dropped off, this is the issue, if you take it into a post office and hand it over it’s being taken daily, putting stamps on an envelope and putting it into a random postbox for stealth isn’t a solution right now vendors...

I ordered some GSC last week Weds, it was shipped NDD on thurs and I got it on Tuesday along with a backlog of post - RM are just rammed, it'll get there and you can relax, and then relax a little more ;)
