Half the problem is with countries that have enormous military budgets. They need wars to justify spending obscene money on their military. It's cheaper to buy an M4 and thousands of rounds in the US than it is for hospital treatment. We don't realise how good we have it in the UK, but capitalism is the problem. It'll take nuclear fallout to change anything, and the way Ukraine is going, we're not far off.

If we normalise the idea of nuclear fallout (say make an awesome franchise out of it) we have already taken the biggest step.
