Im sorry thats happened to you, that would cause me a lot of distress so i sympathise. Its entriely possible, there are dodgy posties that snatch up the odd parcels. I worked with somebody who was a postman for 10 years and he said it does happen and sometimes often, and especially over Christmas. Also royal mail takes on a lot of agency staff over the summer and Christmas periods and i would bet they dont care about the rules as they wont be there for longer than a few months. I would definitely go for recorded from now on, not worth losing money and goods over it. There is also the chance they could have gone missing, but if it is becoming a regular thing its very suspicious and scummy for somebody to do that. It is happening to me mate as well, recorded and signed for always comes and 1st class stamped doesn't. It could be the postmen, it could be someone who is sorting it in depot... Anyway, would love to know where is it happening....

Firstly thanks to all those that have our back and still trust us.............

We are so so busy but we are coping. Everything is fine, on schedule, odd orders (<5%) have been sent 24 hours late. This is due to us partly but reason is so many parcels PO doesn't have tome to process them all.
Also we did run out of birthday cake grade b but sent an a grade(25% more expensive) in substitue....................
First class signed has been little slow for a few we have seen take 8 days. NDD is better with far less if any delays.
Lastly messages, i have to say we are bombarded with messages. Many unfortunately pretty pointless, example here, first message reads - my parcel hasn't arrived today i ordered ndd have you got the ref, second order reads - still not here did you send it, third message - sorry just landed. LOL These are sent all within few hours of each other. So i ask plz be patient to everyone, remember we are in lockdown due to corona (everything is slower than normal) and give it 24 hours at least before you ask did i send and remember if you order after 2am it goes the day after.
Any important unanswered messages plz drop me another message(sorry)and rest assured you are and always will be in safest of hands and we appreciate your custom and the 'society' here a a whole..................

I have not been able to access like normal since Thursday. Just accessed now via here which i never have before. I have processed all orders which you will see just marked sent now (5.30am Sunday morning) and will reply to messages soon but hopefully Society is back on so i can access normally again but at least i can access here so all good for now.

Hey folks, quick update, ordered April 3rd, Euro standard to Eire, delays due to Bank holiday and covid but my delivery arrived today, absolutely chuffed, Thanks RB :) postal service causing the delays, don't worry it will arrive!!

My order has arrived today, which is great, obviously they just wasn’t working over the bank holiday weekend and sent it yesterday. So if any of you still waiting it’ll come at least RB is operating fine?? I’d also recommend paying the extra for NDD so RM have to deliver it asap otherwise you could be waiting days for normal parcel

Nothing at all to do with RB, just a general point about the post... It seems post being dropped off into postboxes is the issue right now, those postboxes are being checked in some cases every 4 days so you might be waiting at the door for the postman and your shit is still sitting exactly where it was dropped off, this is the issue, if you take it into a post office and hand it over it’s being taken daily, putting stamps on an envelope and putting it into a random postbox for stealth isn’t a solution right now vendors...

I ordered some GSC last week Weds, it was shipped NDD on thurs and I got it on Tuesday along with a backlog of post - RM are just rammed, it'll get there and you can relax, and then relax a little more ;)

Heard on the radio that postal strikes could effect the election in December.

Remember there's going to be variation according to where in the country they are and where you are (strikes here, bad weather there etc). If you're worried, might be worth dropping seller a message just to confirm it's sent.

Wow 2 weeks is a long time i would have contacted the seller at that point, have you tried? Yeah I am kinda new to here so have only made 4 or 5 orders but the first 3 came thru no prob's. I contacted the seller and they checked with the shippers to see if there was a delay and said it seems to have been sent so I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer. The stealth is so good on the vendors I've bought from so far that I don't think the postie would have much of a clue. I am more worried about royal snail seizing it cuz I would worry about ordering anything else from here in case my cards are marked. I havent made too many myself probably around 10 and yes they usually come super quick with no issues. Thats a shame hopefully it arrives and if not i know a lot of sellers are willing to send a replacement, but some dont aswell at least from what i have heard usually depends on the situation. Yes the stealth is brilliant and im pretty sure there is no way they would know for sure, however its a dodgy postie i worrry about but i dont think its common probably me worrying. My area of the country has had some super awful weather recently, I know some of the roads and nearby motorways have been closed and I've also heard that some posties have been talking about strike action so whether that's had any affect on service through the U. K. at all remains unclear.
