personally, i couldn't give a shit about packs.

unnecessary plastic waste, just more crap getting made, resources used up for nothing. marketing BS.

also for me, it's all about the human experience. i want to buy from a human being who has grown with love and care, who puts the same love and care into comms etc. someone i can feel a connection with. it all makes more sense, that way.

that's what's important to me.

having said that, i might feel differently if i actually liked some of the packaging designs. personally, i think they're all butt-ugly! seems like they're all marketed at teenage boys . . . .

Great topic, I like to advocate in favor of packs for the following reasons:

- the manifestation of art and creative endeavors are a sign of the vibrancy of our community and that cannabis culture is still alive and strong.

- great weed requires high development costs e.g strain hunting, state of the art facilities / lights, talented growers, these costs need to be recouped over time by higher margins achieved through differentiation and brand recognition

- brands help consumers know what they’re going to get which is critical important on the high value products e.g I dont need to ask what the new batch of Kush For Breakfast is like, I know it’s going to be to fire every time.

- it’s convenient when you’re piling diffident strains to keep them in the bags, keeps them all separate, fresh and easy access for short term storage.

- an example like Tenco Alaskan Crab legs is pure class, down to the tiny detail of the best before dates etc, Or the impractical but incredible looking cocktail glass shape packs. Done well it’s 20th century pop art.

- I didn’t used to collect rave flyers or much else but for sure there’s some I wish I did, so Ive kept a few of the better packs so I can reminisce or get hunted down by some future obscure collector of Tenco packaging with a fat cheque book.

- there are shit cheap ones out there don’t that I don’t advocate for and it don’t matter how good the pack art is if the weed is shite, it’s got to come together.

Question is what to do with the glass jars? If only someone would start a10p recycling scheme like the old lemonade bottles we might save the environment and I’d probably be able to afford another jar of K4B.

It seems like some people collect packs like how people used to collect rave flyers back in the day.
A lot of the packaging now is way over the top and ridiculous but also I totally get why people would want to put their mark on their product. As a way to stand out💚✌️

My God, this is superb. I currently have a very, very strong head high and stone battling for supremacy, and I'm completely locked to the bed. Only had 2 joints in 3 hours, and I'm so wonderfully baked. I'd've bought loads of this if I'd got in earlier. My compliments to the chef!

Out of their new ones I’d say Old Toby is the best so far.

The first batch of Alphonzo was very nice. Second batch not so great. This current batch looks like the first though.

I’m sure it’s a typo though on their packaging. I’ve tried all three of their Treacle’s, black, gold and red. The genetics are Britscotti x Blue Liquorice x Shoreline.

Do they all have the same genetics?
I thought they were different.

They have one called Snazzy which is Britscotti x Zoap. They have a few phenos of that too
