I’ve had bud before that has been just not to my taste for whatever reason. Now that’s not the fault of the seller. Just me trying a new strain ect.

I fucking hate lemons 🍋 (sadhomie is a lemon champion 😂) but as soon as I see that word on any gear “Nope” so that’s like me saying I didn’t like the taste as it was rank 🤮 when I’ve purchased something with that clearly in the description.

Did he say that he got high ect or just go straight at how it looks? Bet he has none left.

I’ve had bud that looks fucking god awful but gotten high as fuck! Aye everyone wants front page cover bud. It’s the equivalent of cunts taking photos of there dinner. I’m not saying your bud looks like dog shit far from it.

Does it match the description on the listing?

Of course venders what to defend what they are selling. Hence the topic. It’s just a shame it has to be done on the topics and no way to give your side of the story and that works both ways. I not talking about slagging each other off or being offensive but a sensible debate. Where others have tried it and say so in public to give the overall picture not behind reviews that are anonymous.

Most people see right though this. It’s like looking at the hotel you booked on trip advisor. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion 🤷‍♂️ but at least be fair.

You’re never going to please everyone. I know it’s frustrating for venders as I seen a 1/10 with no explanation the other day.

Your rating is 9.6 and based on my experience buying from yourselves. The service has been excellent and product has always matched the description. At times when I have asked questions about some products you have always been honest and by doing so I have purchased something else. Which go’s a long way in my book I have not tried this particular batch so can’t comment on it.

Don’t let it get to you as you said the rest of the reviews do the talking.

The review itself is a tad confusing, as polly said, not sure how weed can be dry and spongey at the same time... I did message the bigga asking them to reconsider their review which was purely based off the product and that they factor in the stealth + good comms as well into their review as I felt it was a tad one-sided.

Well he didn't respond, so I guess any chance of that is long out the window. I do think he is entitled to his opinion by all means if he doesn't like the bud, but to lie regarding its quality is a bit of a dick move.

The bad reviews rarely ever come in anymore, to see one after so long did make me a bit annoyed but it really is part and parcel with vending on here... so I take it as it comes.

I am unsure if the Puffo Smalls will be returning, the Puffo in this batch of mixed smalls seems to be from the last batch, so I am unable to provide you with an ETA, sorry!

Can’t argue with that. Everything on the site is subjective and preference but like most things not just here. At least give the vender a chance to respond before leaving a low score review.

People who put low scores are just arseholes they know how much it damages a sellers rating.

I think we have a right to call it as we find it. One of the big problems here is that Biggas rate product 10/10 because they are so happy to have received it- quite often before they have even tried it! That makes the ratings truly pointless and of no use to man or beast…

That ratings inflation just means that a vendor with 9.5 or lower is considered ‘borderline’. So 95% customer satisfaction now means “not so good”? If we were all a bit more subjective the ratings would mean more. If I get average weed I give it an average score, but I always explain why and restate that it’s just my opinion. I’ll also hit it on at least 3 occasions before making my mind up….

Common issue throughout and the issue raised more than once on numerous threads.

Must be a pain in the dick for venders. You can’t fix anything if you don’t know there is an issue but I would like to think that if you are listing it (not just SOTL) then you rate your own product and it matches the description at least.

I agree with you here wholeheartedly Polly.

A lot of biggas tend to recieve the product and instantly leave a 10, no description about the product or my favourite... "Will update when tried." this one is one of my pet peeves!

As a vendor I love nothing more then seeing a load of new reviews for a product coming in, believe it or not! But when you see half of them are "Will update when tried" it really does press your buttons, as you're wondering if they will actually bother to update (after having a smoke most won't bother to update / will forget to...)

And yes I believe you get something average, to put an average score is more than fair.

The person who left the review stated they hadn't reviewed the product yet after telling me the bud wasn't up to their standards, as in hopes of me doing something because they didn't enjoy it?

I told them to leave an honest review on the product as I cannot offer any compensation for a received order (especially when nowt is wrong with it!) and that must've upset them, I mean if vendors were to replace a product every time it wasn't someone's cup of tea, I think we wouldn't be getting very far...

I get that and it's annoying when everyone gives a ten sometimes before they even try it. I've been disappointed loads of times with buds of here for the price you pay but hey ho it's a gamble unless you've been ripped off but then that's a different matter. It has to be pretty bad for a 3 it doesn't look that bad to me

If it’s poor quality and valid reasons to come to that conclusion then fine but not stuff like that where they can’t make his mind up.

I don’t see how nugs can be dry AND spongey….to me “dry” means it jusf breaks up in my fingers and turns to dust in a grinder. “Spongey” means squeezy in my fingers and normally fluffs up very nicely in the grinder.
I guess what he wants is “sticky” and if that’s a big thing it helps if Biggas ask before they buy….imo….

Looks like nice bud and the other reviews seem to suggest so.

The reviewer might have been having a bad day or genuinely have an aversion to the dreaded combo of spongy dryness.

Either way I wouldn’t sweat it and if they are going to chuck it in the bin I’d gladly “dispose” of it for them. 😂
