Have been using Mg for a few months now, tried a few products which were all top notch! delivery usually on point. Some of the best on LB for sure!

But PLEASE why did you stop using baking paper around the products before wrapping them in cling film??
For the past few orders I had to spend ages removing small bits of plastic and residue all over the product (while also trashing some in the process… nobody wants plastic in their smoke!).
Kind of ruining the experience and smoke, which can be avoided with a straightforward fix.

Your products are excellent, making a small effort in packing without the plastic sticking all over would make a huge difference! To the point where I’m considering changing seller if this can’t get fixed :(
