The quality just changes over time that's all - I've had this dawg many times and it's been great and a few times it has been of a lesser quality.. you can't take all reviews as facts because the quality changes - this post doesn't get taken down when the strain quality changes so people don't know if it's the same stuff they bought last week sadly.

We moved to algo settlement some time back as it was just decided that dispute parameters are mostly not provable. There are exceptions- if a vendor does an exit scam for example there is nothing much to prove and Biggas get paid out 100%.

But with quality and delivery etc who is telling the truth? Fortunately in most cases these disputes are resolved between parties without the need for auto settlement. If both sides dig in then the all seeing Algo will decide and will use reputation to assist. Noobs will little order history have less reputation and vice versa. Length of time on the site, number of disputes, spend, contribution, voting history etc all count.

In these instances a % payout is decreed…

It was no different to what everyone else received and reviewed favourably.
As polly even once quoted.. quality may be subjective but weight should always be on point. So ultimately you bear no issues with the weight just appear to be the first person who has viewed the quality poorly?
Im not entirely sure that constitutes grounds for dispute mate.

I very much believe him. All too common to have fake reviews. You currently have "covered in trichome top stuff" and yet I got sent dry mould. Yeah he said he isn't reviewing his own gear, I know that...well, I assume that. What they do on here is sell good weed to new customers, them customers then come back and begin to trust, they then send shit weed and gauge a response, if they review "top quality gear 10/10" they know that that customer is not in the know so they send shit over and over. Whereas if someone in the know, leaves a bad review they will contact and say hey remove that review, make it a good one and we will send you better stuff, apologies and thanks for custom. Then they know he is someone who they can't get away sending shit to. I've personally experienced this, I don't fake my reviews though but I can see how a lot of people will, just in order to get what they originally paid for. This may not be practice for all vendors, but it is certainly provable practice for many as I've witnessed first hand.

I'd imagine the vendor has quite a few disputes at this point, which is something the AI will undoubtedly notice and will count in the favour of a disputer. The system is designed to assist buyers who don't take the piss. I've only disputed to the end once, and I didn't extend the dispute. Currently have 2 orders in dispute, and I clicked extend on one of them. Can't remember the exact phrasing but it was some sort of Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask kinda thing. If you and Pistach don’t resolve the dispute then it will automatically resolve based on an unseen reputation stat.

Have you already messaged Pistach about this to resolve it privately? Noticed them and TGT have had a lot of these cases recently but whenever it happened to me they didn’t hesitate to send out replacement.

My previous orders from Pistach were good but this time, it's a very very bad quality. There's mostly leaves without trichomes in it. Flowers are dark with no effect, the taste is awful.

situation resolved as postman just turned up with a package. Vendor didnt bother telling me they had sent replacement package. All the stress and bullshit could be eliminated with far better comms. I wouldnt advise anyone not to use Pistach, but for me personally the service isnt what I expect or need.

Yep deffo. This is fresh and cured properly. I always make my 1st joint without grinder just to see how the bud is going to be like, but this one is making me go back to the roots... rolling up without grinder, especially when weed feels this good on the fingertips. Going to put my 2nd order in, and this time save it for my night time only smoke after hard day at work.

The only thing your alerting people to is that your a crank. You've just got to look at your stats and our reviews and the the other vendors reviews on the products you've slated and disputed to see there's only one common denominator in it all and that's you.

Pistach says in his manifesto that he will substitute when necessary but that doesn’t affect your LB rights and you are entitled to get what you order or be given the option to cancel. Simply sending you anything of their choice isn’t actually acceptable and by the sounds of it they do it way too often.

You can dispute and expect to get a % of your coin back, or hopefully Pistach will respond to the dispute with a resolution…👍

I have 1 dispute to my name with quite a few orders now, and it was because of pistach as well, his manifesto does say he replaces items when out of stock, but I'm sorry his replacements are crap. It's a simply bait and switch tactic he used on me , I orderd 7g biscotti , it was some of the tastiest bud I've had for the money , did a 28g order sent crap outdoor apparently although not clean and unsmokeable to me as well then sent a replacement of 14gs to make up for it and it was still crap and unclean so the dispute happened and I got my monies back but still it was such a annoying time and lost my faith in little Biggy for a bit. So many good.vendors not to worry about his cheap crap

It's a handy thing to do for when you're browsing for a next buy when you already have a stash to go through.

I'm not a vendor but I doubt they'd be alerted, but, if I was, someone asking a question like this to clarify if they were wasting someone's time would be massively reassuring.

So, one thing to remember when you do this is Bitcoin fluctuations. I assume most people have noticed that the prices in dollars remain static, and then the Bitcoin price alters depending on the current value of that vs the USD. The price can change quite a bit, and quickly, when it's really volatile. (As an example, a $540 order currently in dispute would result in an $80 loss for me if it was fully refunded in Bitcoin, and obviously there's no other refund method.)

So, price fluctuations. I've noticed that the basket appears to retain the price that the item was added at, which can be different from the current price. Always check a high value purchase against the current price before checkout. I'm sure it must be my imagination, but if the price has gone up since I added it and I refresh the basket page, then it changes to the higher price...if it's changed to a lower price I have to manually delete it, then click buy again from the product page before checkout. No doubt my error...

Something to consider too is that while sometimes an item may go out of stock and be delisted, the vendor has to physically do that on the item page. There may be times when you order and they've run out, as there's no stock counter on here.

Any time mate. Almost all of my purchases off here have been great, and they must be around 80 now, based on the dispute percentage drop to 1.4%. As described, delivered quickly, great stealth, etc. Only a couple of blips and 1 dispute that had to go to the end, and I had a 100% refund on it.

If I'm honest, I spent many, many years going to the weed man, and the weed man had weed. "What do you have, weed man?", I'd ask. "I have weed. Do you want it?", was the response. Invariably I did. I like weed. I learned nothing. People talking about cheese strains introduced at whatever time, and the rise of dawg. None of that with the weed man. It was always good bud, or I wouldn't have gone back so much, but what was it?! At least now it's possible to educate oneself, as long as you get what you ordered, of course. I think that's what I like most, and the variety. Oh, and not having to spend half an hour with the weed man wondering when his dog last had a good meal. Don't miss that at all, and don't mind paying a premium for not driving around with that 2-3oz every month.

They're going to round us all up in a big net in 10 years mate when they do all the crypto tracing...or, it'll all be legal soon anyway and no-one will even care.

I also have been kind of screwed. I ordered stardawg for the past 2 months because its been my go to for end of day smoke. But this time he sent a completely different strain and literally said nothing about it and didn't even tell me. When I messaged it took a few days, and he just simply said "yea because our dawg isnt great atm sir"

Like fine, maybe don't take my money then? Or maybe if you DO have to make a change can you at least tell ME before doing it yourself.

I still don't even know what i'm smoking, just some mystery weed and it doesn't help for sleep. Seems its a energy, music loving spaced out feeling.

Also another time, ordered from Pistach and some of the weed was packed OUTSIDE of the vaccum sealed bag. Pissed me off. You could easily smell it.

Guys I had the same issue - the strardawg was not great at all, no smell, hardly any effects when smoked. I’ve ordered from Pistach in the past and had positive experiences. In this instance I messaged Pistach and have just been reshipped and the new bag smells fantastic. I am chalking this down to a bad batch - these things happen - but it’s been rectified now after I flagged this. Professional service 10/10

Thats nice for you, but its not a 'professional service' if customers who have been sent un-useable products are left waiting for not only a response, but also for their messages to be even read. Its difficult to have trust in any vendor who operates like this; it shows that you either dont care or the operation is too big to be able to provide a consistent quality in product or customer service.

I’ve had good success overall with Pistach, although the last 2 I ordered wasn’t the best and I couldn’t tell what was what. Nothing corresponded with what I ordered.
