Nextgeneration, the biggas are so diligent they have noticed that the pics found on Google are the same and pre date your post by over a year.
Ignoring this and denying the fact will not work out well for your store, really.
Address the issue about the pictures and come clean and remedy by putting your own pictures on.
Pointing out the truth is not trolling. Refusing to see a big deal about lying will not be conducive to success here.
If you leave this as it is your store will go the way of Rolex Kings, Serious Doctor and more recently Doctor Cala who used another vendor's own picture to advertise his hash here from the off.
I realise it is embarrassing that you have been caught out, but ignoring it will not make it go away.
Why don't you message Dr Cala and see how things have gone since then?
From a personal perspective: the fake pictures and denial has totally put me off from dealing with you.
Would rather order from somebody who simply uses their own pics.

The problem is now, your response is exactly what i would expect from a dishonest person rather than holding your hands up and admitting you have lazily used pics of weed that isn't yours.

Welcome. Nice looking menu this and some very competitive prices which is a good start.
May I may a kind suggestion that you consider introducing a finite number of samples on each strain? Doesn't have to be all at once but I think it is a great idea for new vendors.
Obviously it is not mandatory and I'm sure you will get buyers at these prices without the samples having said that but it should allow confidence in your store to be given a nudge and happen a bit faster than it might had.
Full disclosure - it is a risk due to troll type reviews from competitors but you can decide to put a min buy on it to minimise risk of this.

We moved to algo settlement some time back as it was just decided that dispute parameters are mostly not provable. There are exceptions- if a vendor does an exit scam for example there is nothing much to prove and Biggas get paid out 100%.

But with quality and delivery etc who is telling the truth? Fortunately in most cases these disputes are resolved between parties without the need for auto settlement. If both sides dig in then the all seeing Algo will decide and will use reputation to assist. Noobs will little order history have less reputation and vice versa. Length of time on the site, number of disputes, spend, contribution, voting history etc all count.

In these instances a % payout is decreed…

What they do on here is sell good weed to new customers, them customers then come back and begin to trust, they then send shit weed and gauge a response, if they review "top quality gear 10/10" they know that that customer is not in the know so they send shit over and over. Whereas if someone in the know, leaves a bad review they will contact and say hey remove that review, make it a good one and we will send you better stuff, apologies and thanks for custom. Then they know he is someone who they can't get away sending shit to. I've personally experienced this, I don't fake my reviews though but I can see how a lot of people will, just in order to get what they originally paid for. This may not be practice for all vendors, but it is certainly provable practice for many as I've witnessed first hand.

I'd imagine the vendor has quite a few disputes at this point, which is something the AI will undoubtedly notice and will count in the favour of a disputer. The system is designed to assist buyers who don't take the piss. I've only disputed to the end once, and I didn't extend the dispute. Currently have 2 orders in dispute, and I clicked extend on one of them. Can't remember the exact phrasing but it was some sort of Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask kinda thing. Welcome to dawn on the final day, but not.

If you and Pistach don’t resolve the dispute then it will automatically resolve based on an unseen reputation stat.

Have you already messaged Pistach about this to resolve it privately? Noticed them and TGT have had a lot of these cases recently but whenever it happened to me they didn’t hesitate to send out replacement.

He said 6 days ago that a replacement had been sent and it hasn't landed, he just tells me to keep waiting every time I message to check the status and it's taking days to get a response , I honestly just think he is fobbing me off at this point and I've been very patient, other biggas seem to have been sorted but I get ignored for days at a time, I'm so angry over all this.
