After almost a month of being invisible, I got a message from cleanup Borg explaining why. It’s because I’ve been dealing outside of LB / sending customers to third party messaging apps. I did this initially due to LB being down for a while along with the RM issues during Xmas but it’s against the rules and I shouldn’t have done it! I’m sorry for this mistake. LB has been kind enough to give me a warning rather than completely terminating my account, so thank you for that guys 💚

I'm still waiting for my refund for last order I placed with you on the messaging app, it was a very sudden switch to only little biggy. I would have thought you would fulfill pending orders with confirmed irreversible transactions. Unless was an exit scam,but I'm not the only one who this happend to by the looks of your wallet address. I'm bringing it to your attention here incase it was a technical issue with the messaging app and to others attention to show the value of paying an extra 15% for escrow insurance even if transax could do the same thing to sellers, not that strainsburys had any discount for direct payment, but others do.

I look at the 25g price, and it doesn't feel right. It stops customers directly comparing ounce prices with other sellers, and it genuinely feels like the customer is getting less for their money.
Even if the prices per gram were exactly the same, I'd still feel slightly put out if I sent a mate out and he came back with 25g!
Now, there's no need for you to take this amazing proposal on board. You can continue to use a terrible hash pricing strategy - be my guest - but I predict you would shift more 28s than you ever have 25s.

BUT and it's a big but how did you manage to get people to deal off site if it was when littlebiggy was down im new here and learning the ropes before an order is placed but I don't see how that could happen how can you contact people when the site was down you'd have to of gave them your deets before the site went down so they knew where to look for you surely unless there was another way into a downed site.

While LB was down, some people could access it on society which was a onion website, also there was phases where it was down but was back up for a few hours, it was a complicated time 😂however it’s all fixed now and id like to mention again that it’s against the rules so don’t do it !! I paid in September 2023 it's now may 2024. My patients in running out I've been trying to think the best of strainsburys and avoid getting them in trouble but it is a lot of money to give away like that . Although every one of my successful orders with them were good I can not in good conscience continue to purchase from strainsburys unless they solve this issue and I hope and suggest you do the same, maybe the volume of orders is so much they are too busy to fulfil a £600 order from months ago?

They existed telagram, where the prices were actually slightly higher, I did it as a favour to strainsburys so they didn't have to pay 15%and wait 2 weeks for the money.

If we need an escrow system to prevent things like this from happening, then these are not the people to buy from.
How do you think places like eBay work? Do you think the seller instantly receives your money when you purchase an item? No, the money is protected for a while in case of non-delivery, item not matching description etc.

That doesn’t mean your are at liberty to use this community facility to air what are in effect your private grievances…I would suggest after 7 months they really don’t care…

As many others have said - LB cannot do anything about transactions off site. It’s like asking DFS to help you cos some guy down the road scammed you on shoddy furniture. If you had done this £600 transaction on-site - you would be protected and therefore could have used the dispute process to protect your coin.
Feck around (offsite buying with no escrow) and find out (zero goods sent, vendor walks away with the money). Simple really. Cleanup Borg has some guidelines on this behaviour on their page - I suggest *everyone* reads it if they’ve not already. Don’t say you weren’t warned, escrow exists for both parties protection.

No, it's more like DFS sending you a business card for their other website and then when their other websites failed to fulfil orders they don't respond to any emails on either of their websites, but the original is still selling to other people, so it could happen again at any time.

Strainsburys probably uninstaled it just before I sent proof of payment and have no idea about it until they read this. I'm not complaining; I'm explaining what happened in the hopes of strainsburys finally finding out where all that money came from and being able return it to it's rightful owner.

Oh, and another piece of advice- creating alt. accounts such as 8484 to downvote us and upvote you doesn’t work because a) it’s completely transparent in their voting history and b) noobs only get 1/5th of a vote for exactly that reason. Nice try🙄

I don't think they actually have to scroll past topics if they go straight to the selling page. So strainsburys might not even see this but the option to delete it has disappeared.

Unless you have let the dispute window expire then Strainsbury’s does not have your coin- it’s held safely for you in escrow. If you have not received your order after 9 days you can raise a dispute via the tab that appears on your order page….
You have no comeback with this whatsoever. Transactions are not reversible, so if you don't get a reply or a refund it's gone. That's why the site tells you not to do off-site transactions with warnings depending on how messages are worded, as they can't help you now.

You're right mate. Transaxe is the backbone of what makes LB work, they won't be able to do anything about a direct transfer.

Ok, so you must have paid them directly in the past in order to have their address. If you've paid like this before and received the product then hopefully you'll get what you paid for.

People are asking why you sent direct, its very normal for this to happen and 99% of times vendors honor the deal with their customers.. I've personally sent pistach/bmw $2000+ at a time on a trust basis before i found LB. So dont think you did wrong, its just sad when situations like this happen.

You need to dispute, seller is awful at responding to messages. At least with a dispute, you'll get your money back.

Even with RM being a shambles, we are wroking through XMAS.
We will be posting the following dates;
21/12
23/12
29/12
30/12
Then we are back 04/01/2023
We will be taking orders throughout this period.
We just ask you all to be patient as this time of the year deliveires do get delayed.
Now to the good part, we will be doing a 28G giveaway to 1 lucky person.
Like and Comment on this post and we will assign you with a number,
Only 1 number per person!
We will then use a random number generator to pick, and post the photo on here with a time stamp.
Winner will be chosen on 22/12
