Request: Escrow Release

Give us the option like on other DNMs to have a escrow release button which pays the funds to the vendor and not just a set month of holds or so, theres no harm in it as long at the customer knows once your confirm there's no going back
Also why does LB still use BTC and not XMR/LTC..?

The escrow system is fine and protects us all. Convince me otherwise.

If you want to forgo your rights and give them to a vendor then I suppose that's your right, but it doesn't seem sensible to me until everything is received and resolved.

If the buyer has received the product and chooses to close the transaction. Holding the coin beyond that protects nobody.

Yeah, fair. However we have repeated scenarios where the vendor convinces the buyer to close something, then screws them. There needs to be sufficient protection on both sides. Maybe education is needed, plus release of coin to the vendor when a review is placed, or a maximum timeframe is reached as the default?

glad you were able to see where I'm coming from sorry if I can through as argumentive lol just trying to get more rights for the vendors on here because I feel for them, some of the stuff they have to deal with is ridiculous.

There could be a pop up page with warnings and another confirm button, when funds are being released with escrow. But yep THC said what I was tryna say in a better way, thank you

Escrow release Is where I can choose to release the the funds instantly to the vendor or not - I'm not fussed with any of the people whom I do business with here they got kilos there not going to scam me over an zip and if they do fuckin hilarious for trying with the implementations in place if we've dealt beforehand & it doesn't take more than 30 seconds of looking at the product to see if it's decent man 9 times out of 10

Yeah. Yeah, they are, and some do. Escrow is for the buyers. It's protection incase they get fucked over. Why would a buyer need an instant release button? Vendor sure, but it's Biggy, not the other DNMs.

'Oh, sweet summer child' would be my response to this. I'd be paying 10-20% less on other platforms if people were completely trustworthy, but the name of the game is that people can flip at any time. This gives almost complete protection from that.

I see both your points but I also don't, release the funds early if the product is in your hand it's no different than a exchange in the street - don't feel comfortable to release funds with that vendor that's fine not like they should be able to pressure you too.

But ultimately, the vendor still gets paid. The customer still gets their product, and the world keeps spinning. No real need to change the format, it's worked for a decade on Biggy.

I bet there is a good few vendors on here who have to get there re when stock is running low but there is probably just a few grand sat in their LB wallet they can't cash out yet its coming out there pocket in advance.

No point holding useless coin for a payment where both ends are happy, it takes you 1 button if you released escrow and you didn't like it then that's on you I guess 🤷‍♀️

I get where you're coming from, but if you've been here any amount of time, you'll have seen half the numpties that cancel disputes before their issues been resolved all the damn time. I can guarantee you those same numpties will release the funds on ordering, only to be hit with an issue, and be stuck without any comeback. I'd be all for reducing escrow by half, so it's only 2 weeks, cos short of 1-2 vendors, nothing should take that long to arrive.

Thank you man, to be honest as you can see by profile I'm not very sociable on littlebiggy but thought I'd getting chatting to a few biggaz - I've seen a few chromotoasts here though and if I was the vendor/s I wouldn't want them as my customer, put the money aside peace and sanity is more worth it - Kind of why I think vendors should have more rights or at least a tier list/reputation system us customers on here are externally gifted...and it's taken for granted for sure people treat it like it's Amazon while it pretty much already is.

They wouldn't like full PGP communication if they can't wait for the postman 🤣 Remember people always restock before you run out and no more headache 😎💚

Ive only had one package turn up later than a week and it was lockdown didn't get it til like a week into January or something silly even though it was posted before Christmas cut off good old royal mail shenanigans

Biggest concern really, is the absolute space cadets that send their funds to the wrong wallet. Again, these turnips are stoners, who make stupid mistakes, and thanks to transaxe and it's escrow, the fuck ups aren't too hard to rectify. Thing is, there's nothing stopping vendors using both Biggy and the other DNMs.

I know and to be honest for UK2UK no marketplace can compete with littlebiggy, I've only seen 2 or 3 vendors from here lingering around but they don't have the greatest feedback here..

Biggaz are lucky for escrow and the fact that LB lets them even recover the funds even if gone to a wrong address personally I've never done it (fingers crossed never) but I'm pretty sure most other markets will call it your fault and leave it at that shout-out to the Borg's on that one, I'm also quite surprised these people passed the basic crypto quiz when your registrar an account on a exchange but I get it accidents happen we are all stoners and we live and learn

Oh and for the love of god Borg's please use something like https://njal.la/about/ for your domain registrar it's from the co-founder of the pirate bay and he does not like communicating with the police lol even did time in prison due to his domain registrar back in the day.

And that's just BTC, But it's also not a competition nor am I proud of the fact - Yeah I've been sold some crap or underweighed like everyone else but for the buck I would of paid I wouldn't called it scammed I like to see it as the true colours have shined but in person I try read the room.

My first ever plug who I got off had kgs of smoke and it was a mental world to 14-15 year old me thought I was sat next to Pablo Escobar - He is friends with my older brother so not like I got exploited or anything just didn't know how to manage my ADHD very well at a young age (undiagnosed for so long), so smoking is the only thing that helped

I'm lucky enough to source some fire locally and on littlebiggy but I like a pallet and no hashish around here nearest Devon ways and prices high

He taught me to grow weed, give me seeds, always trying to learn more about the plant and even has a kid now.

He would tick me £1000s if I wanted too & thats when I reliased it's all the chavys peddling off the shit drugs and trying to rob everyone for him it was just 'business' he would put his own money out of pocket

I had a very similar setup with my old local supplier. He used to come out clubbing with us when we were late teens and he was early 50s. Legend, but I'm pretty sure £1k on tick would be a hard no.

Don't release the funds until you've got what you want in hand anyways that was the idea infact it actually doesn't benefit us at all as buyers than maybe quicker stock rotations lol however if I go pickup smoke in person and I agree on 150 and I've got the cash but tell they can't wait because I might of been scammed, now think about some of the people on LB doing it proper and now they gotta wait now for a month I believe it is.. it's just being nice

I've only ever had to charge back once on here and I knew he was a dodgy cunt anyways he got banned and i got 0 percent dispute rate now he's sat at the top of that crappy ***** bot, I try stay away from the chavys cause then sure they will try rob me for a zip but with the way the walk, talk and cat they aren't too hard to miss, usually speaks for itself.

I've landed 100+ packages from LB + other means I've been on here since 21, it's ahead and behind in many aspects, I do understand the escrow system it's a fundamental basic for marketplace transactions it has been for a long time.
