I run a puffco pivot dab pen. It’s mid range id say in cost and packs a punch! Can’t put plant matter in it though.

I don't smoke the plant itself so that will work for me, just currently looking at TVape for comparisons. How is cleaning these things with ISO? Is it easy enough? Just get ISO and some cotton bud sticks and give it a clean round and run it under water after? Could you just leave the cleaning bit to the end of the day?

Between dabs / out and about cleaning with a glob mop / decent cotton bud is fine. When I charge mine l leave the ceramic chamber in iso for half hr / hr and then clean it out. I bought 3 chambers, dab daily and go through 1g budder 4-7 days (still smoke the odd spliff) back in August. Used a fresh Chamber at Xmas because I thought why not freshen it up (probably didn’t need to it was still immaculate). Discreet in public (UK) and very portable.

I've got a Focus aeris my self and they are class, not too big very portable and you can get a bubbler for when you at home and want to him some fat rips. Seen it on sale somewhere for £150.

Personal I using yocan orbit and yocan pillar, both banging vapes and cheep compare to another brands, will suggest watch some reviews on YouTube about this devices. If you decide for yocan brand be aware about dirty cheap, fakes devices, will suggest buy from proper vaping store or Amazon.

A question for you....
how do you expect any of us short time customers to become long time customers when you don't look after the short time customers (awful Comms, I have no idea why I paid for next day delivery).

I commend you for being honest, but you're not selling honesty. Your product is great but your service is atrocious and honestly speaking I'm sure most people here would agree, if we knew this how we would be treated we would skip this shop. I won't review 1/10 to give you a chance to sort this out asap and regain my trust but so far the service received is that bad, that any merits the product has, gets completely wiped out by the service.
