First of all, Hello Biggas!

I have been studying the bible as of late as a personal way to touch base on everything positive life has to offer and for self healing. I almost drove myself mad by misunderstanding scripture, attempting to be perfect, with no stress release or treats of any kind. After some time I have come to find that my personal interpretation of scripture is that moderation and balance is key (shocking, I know!). I'll use myself as an example, trauma, many of us know of it and/or have it. This is an unbalance in a person that is not necessarily of their own doing. Scripture suggests that God provided us with everything we need, including medicine. In short I believe moderation, balancing oneself from the outside effects that the world has had on a person with what has been provided to us is okay and intended. Discernment is key!
