try playing white noise to escape, you can adjust this 1 to something that works

I’ve had tinnitus for about ten years now, was a nightmare at first but after a while you won’t hear it as much you just get used to it. Rain and white noise apps really help, have it on every night now or in the background whilst I’m working. Apparently there is an operation they can do on your ear to try and fix it but was told it was more likely to do further damage.

Do you find that smoking makes it louder lol it's going mad right now

Definitely agree with ike, white noise or I found rain sounds just as good when trying to sleep. you might have to have it on a bit louder than you think but you’ll find your level. Good luck

No concerts no loud music or anything that I can think of . I have pink noise on now while playing cod & even play it with no sound at times . have ordered a few different ear plugs for sleeping
